Monte Carlo Inn Brampton

Great service at Front desk. The bathtub did not have a plug. We advised front desk & one of the gentlemen actually went out and purchased one! Pick it up fr desk on our way back in from a late supper. We only stayed overnight approx 6 hrs because we had a 6am flight out so we didn't get to try the breakfast ☹️Would stay there again. Thanks!

Unfortunately the curtains were only a panel on either side so we could not close them to sleep in a totally dark room. If staying there again would ask if there was a room where bed was positioned so street lights didn't shine in between curtain panels.

Everything about this location, their hotel amenities and room amenities are absolutely stunning. I truly felt as if I was at home, room service comes up to your room (thank goodness). we stayed in the Queen jetted tub suite with FIREPLACE (absolutely beautiful), the jacuzzi was in excellent and working condition. The front lobby staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful, the housekeeping staff are quick and quiet. for the future when we visit Brampton we will now only stay at this location. Their is nothing not to like, if you don’t like it anything at this location then there is a miss on your end.

Everything else was pretty good. Every hotel should be like this one and remove all bathroom wall tiles and use bath outfitters style for a cleaner sheener look! The bed was very comfy, the appliances were good size, the place looked and felt clean and the price was fair...

The miserable and ancient old man at the front desk who wouldn't let me pay for an over night guest as was already agreed upon via messaging days before I got there. Made me feel like I was being racially profiled especially when someone from another shift said it was fine! The bed was a bit smaller than I expected a king size to be. The breakfast should have included at least an egg type without having to pay extra for it. The elevator is slow as molasses and screams the whole time its forced closing on you trying to get your cart etc., inside it!

I enjoyed the room. It was spacious with lots of natural light. The jet tub was very interesting and we enjoyed using it. I was very glad they included salt for the tub and the set up was lovely. I've been to hotels with jetted tubs before that didn't have appropriate towels set up at the tub, but this one did and I appreciated that. The breakfast was more fleshed out than other hotels as well, and even if you wanted to get a warm breakfast it was very affordable.

The tub drain did not fully close, meaning we could only use it if we held down the drain manually or kept filling the tub with water. Also, in the morning just before we checked out, the bed frame that held up the mattress gave out and dropped the bed to the floor. Also, we could hear the water running from other rooms a few times which really echoed through our room.

Stayed at the Monte Carlo Inn for one night because it appeared to be the best value lodging option in the near Toronto area. The rooms and hallways are updated and pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on-site should you not want to venture out for dinner.

The elevator was slow and sounded like it was on its last legs. Restaurant area was dated with few patrons, though the food was fine.

Location close to the wallmart and other shopping-centers with good serving of food, so very nice for a transit night in Toronto. The room vas well managed, with a microwave that can be used for premaid meals. The staff also provided me with a spoon for the meal that i purhcased for the night there.

The breacfast was lame, so maybe carge those extra five dollars and include that in the room price, and it will be much better. You don't feal cheated if they change that and they will instantly get better score for doing that.

Very clean. Updated appeal. Simple style and romantic setup for the King with Spa Tub appeal. Size of spa tub holds two people comfortably. Sight lines are industrial so no great views at this location. Quiet hotel and staff keep to themselves. Average stay with no great Bella or whistles. Carpets do need regular cleaning as they seem a little worn. Beds are soft with a slight firm. Pillows and duvet are comfortable and kept well. Shower takes a while to warm up, but holds heat after filling spa tub several times. Don't flush toilet while showers running, it takes the pressure of the cold water down. Elevators move while.

MAIN ISSUE is the paper bag grab-and-go that are still used as free meals on booking ad. They are cheap Walmart muffins, box juices, apples and yogurt combos that trick guest. Please put an option to indicate what to expect from each hotel is..1. Grab Bags 2. Cold Breakfast 3. Hot Meal 4. Buffet etc.

We are still completely satisfied with our stay at the Monte Carlo. The staff are very courteous and friendly and the motel always suits our needs. But what sets it apart from other motels is Collette the breakfast lady who is so very charming. Twice I have endured a medical procedure I wasn't looking forward to and twice she put a smile on my face. So all said and done, this is the motel I choose to stay at.

Having to listen to ignorant customers in the lobby, but watching how well the staff deal with them.

We could order breakfast plate of 4 toasts, scrambled eggs, and 1 piece of ham for 6 Canadian dollars besides the Continental breakfast included in the price of stay. I have food allergy, but I felt like there were plentiful food(fruit salada, yogurt, boilded eggs) that I could eat.

The room is designed well and fairly clean, but there is a little bit of smell by shower curtain area, but nobody in my family noticed, so I could be more sensitive than the others.

There was a drip from the spa tub above. They said that they would look into it. The only other concern was that the toilet seat was not tightly set onto the toilet so it moved around when you sat down. This is a common concern in a lot of public restrooms but I believe that it is something that should not happen when I am paying $150.00 plus dollars a night. Having said all that we would stay again at this hotel.
