Hyatt Place Toronto-Brampton

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place Toronto - Brampton. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all professional and courteous. We particularly enjoyed Fahmeen and Hershil who were especially kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome with their lovely smiles and their genuine interest in our activities. We also took advantage of the excellent gym. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices.

Our stay was really exceptional. I was slightly bothered by this dishes at breakfast. Several had not been dried properly and their were a few that had not been washed thoroughly.

The facade of the building was very pleasing to drive up to at the end of a long day, the lobby was also VERY aesthetic. The bartender Rack, Rackesh I believe it was? (ignore the spelling) and the other 2 gentlemen working the lobby at night, were Incredible! it was a quieter area but still had a few amenities nearby. Breakfast had quite the spread and items would change daily, loved the mini samosas!

When returning or going outside late, the scanner wouldn’t acknowledge my card. Even after switching cards and requesting it be activated it did not work! The filtered water bottle filling station came out warm.

We checked in for one night stay on our family vacation trip. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered the main lobby and checked in. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. During our stay we took the opportunity to use the indoor pool as a family and the kids had a blast . Also, I feel like I should mention the decor of the entire place is top notch. The next morning we went down for the included breakfast and all can say about that experience is WOW!!!! Yes, wow! It is hard to believe that entire food selection was included in the booking price in todays greedy world. I believe the the owners of Hyatt Place figured it out correctly. There is no need to chop an iceberg out of people wallets but perhaps a few ice cubes will suffice. This is what makes guest return. Great job! We will definitely come back, even if it means we have a little further drive to our destination.

The amazing attention to detail of staff and their concern to ensure our family was accommodated when a credit card anomaly happened that could have cancelled stay for a fully booked hotel. Komal at the front desk coordinated with Booking.com and family members to ensure the room was reserved until the family arrived. So went the second mile ! Looking out to show every kindness to us all. Very thankful for the care from this hotel! Outstanding.

The breakfast was lovely with many choices for many tastes. The hotel was only opened last August and is beautiful aesthetically and very clean. No complaints or suggestions to offer as this hotel staff is interested in caring for those that choose them and the Hyatt brand.

Close to the airport and better than some of the hotels that were charging double the price. I got one of the last rooms as I got stuck with a cancelled flight after midnight. When I got to the hotel it was locked but the staff came quickly and also accommodated me and allowed me to use debit when it was credit card only. They also let me stay until 1pm instead of 12pm checkout as I had hardly any sleep from getting there at 2am from a cancelled Lynx flight. I am thankful they did that and also the hotel has free breakfast and is super clean with A&W next door too. Really clean and modern and for the price compared to the other hotel airports with breakfast included it was worth it. Thank you to the staff that let me pay debit and stay late checkout !!!! Was a blessing

My wife had breakfast. She said it was just what she wanted and nutritious. The location was excellent for our purposes both on this trip and an earlier one. Access to and from the location on to local roads is a bit tricky. Room was spacious, would have like a small light in the couch area for late night reading.

The room HVAC units are noisy and ugly. I guess they are a cheap system but they don’t enhance the room, The hotel surroundings are Brampton Industrial, but hey that’s the place. Nowhere to walk or exercise. But we lived in Brampton many decades.Take care coming in and out of the hotel on to a Queen St. Again it’s Brampton, traffic is fast and it be turn first signal later.

Great attentive staff at check-in and checkout. Facilities properly explained and parking was included in the stay unlike Hilton properties. The room was clean and equipped well. The airconditioner was very comfortable and the TV well placed for optimal enjoyment. Breakfast was included in my room reservation and the food selection was good.

The price point has doubled in the last few years so I'm glad to see that at this Hyatt at least the almost $300/night price tag is worthwhile. I would recommend adding a shoehorn to the room and complimentary water to enhance the stay and provide better value to the customer.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the Brampton/Toronto area. Check in was great - the process was quick, and staff were very friendly. Hotel room was very clean and well appointed with stylish, comfortable furniture, a good view, and a SMART TV - something I've longed for when staying at hotels in the past. I was able to connect and cast Netflix from my phone to the TV with ease. Additionally, the 12pm check-out time was more than reasonable, allowing plenty of time to get ready without feeling rushed. Very comfortable, will definitely stay here again! :)

Unfortunately breakfast is only served until 9:30, despite the late check-out time, so I wasn't able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. If breakfast could be served longer, that would be great!

Monica at breakfast and Donna at housekeeping department were amazing ladies very courteous n professionals not forgetting chef Reet excellent services always smiling... Keep it up....

The housekeeper cleaning second floor afternoon shift downright rude with a nasty attitude who felt that our room didn't need to be cleaned Untill we checkout. She altered our perception of the hotel negatively. Wanted to extend my stay till 30th but chose to check out as scheduled Concierge services will be an added advantage to the hotel

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Sectional in the room was a nice touch and comfortable.spacious room and bathroom.breakfast was better than most of the hotels that we have stayed in the past.we liked that the yogurt was not the small containers of sweet yogurt and frozen berry mixture was nice. Also there was a fresh fruit cup that was nice. check out time was 12 instead of 11 that most hotels want you out by.the rooms were pretty sound proof as someone down the hall was having a party and we did not hear them.

24 hour coffee in the lobby would have been nice bonus parking lot was not well cleared in the handicapped areas 24 hours after the snowfall.
