The Hilton always stands to its name, and if your looking for any amazing experience in hospitality, and some where that really goes the extra mile to make it feel like home. The Hilton hotels should be your first thought, in the center of everything the food, transportation, and night life are amazing. Your in the heart of down town, but they make you really feel like your in your own penthouse. Amazing staff who remember you by name, and go that extra mile to make sure your cared for. The price is worth every Penny we stayed on our over a week long trip and I would send anyone looking for an amazing experience in Vancouver here!

I will say, as we did stay a bit longer there was no laundry facilities in house. Which wasn’t to bad since I found one in the city, but the cost per night you could assume they’d have a laundry room accessible to guests

All of the staff were smiling. Concierge/bell staff were particularly helpful. The location was within walking distance of most things we wanted to do. The elevators were fast.

This is an issue with a good result...When we checked in, we were told we would get complimentary breakfast. When we went to breakfast, the restaurant informed us that wasn't the case. We had already ordered coffee. The restaurant charged us $12. The hotel staff were very understanding and had the charge removed. The carpet in the room was dated, not pulled tight and appeared dirty from years of use.

Amazing hotel. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. Room comfortable with a luxurious feel and stunning view. The outdoor pool and gym facilities excellent. Breakfast plentiful and great standard. All in all we loved our stay in Vancouver and wouldn’t hestitate to stay again 😀

Maybe the room bathrooms could be updated. It was perfectly acceptable and clean just look a little dated compared to the rest of the room and hotel as a whole. People had previously complained about the lifts being busy but we never had a problem. I think they are just busy at specific times, which we happened to miss as we were out and about early.

Lunch was fantastic!! Very tasty menu and wonderful staff. Our bellboy was wonderful. His name has slipped my mind but worked day shift both on our arrival on Monday and again today September 6th.

The only suggestion I have is that a mirror could (should) be installed in hallway that lights up for makeup/hair/outfit. When room is booked for 4 females it is very difficult to all get ready with mirrors only in bathroom and behind bathroom door. Not enough space for 4 in bathroom.

The location is excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are good. I would stay here again. The pool area was nice (it's not as big as it looks in pictures but it's fine). We had a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast buffet wasn't as good as it could be for the price. The elevators are too small for the size of hotel, plus there are only two elevators to service over 30 floors, which means they get crowded and you can wait a long time.

I really enjoyed our stay and it met all our expectations. I am super picky about hotel room but this room was so clean. My kids slept comfortably on the pull out couch in the living room and the bed in the room was very comfortable. There was lots of space for a family of 4. Perfect location with tons of dining and shopping all around. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would book here again for our next stay in Vancouver.

The shower door leaked a bit of water, which made the floors really slippery. No matter how I adjusted the showerhead, it still leaked.

We loved the staff and had a lovely time. The concierge offered helpful tips on where to eat. Mom-valet ‘come as you please’ parking costs $34 per day which is expensive, but likely not more than is common in the area. If you are in the area, you should check out El Guapo in Yaletown. It’s a quick 7 minute walk and great fun atmosphere. We didn’t get much chance to use the hotel amenities as we were busy out and about but we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Downtown Vancouver is currently quite sleepy through the week after 5pm. Plan accordingly and in advance for your midweek stay or you may find yourself a bit bored.
