Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel

The room was clean and spacious and the shower was great. Parking in the underground garage was 15 CAD per night which was acceptable. The continental breakfast was exceptional with a great variety to choose from such as fresh fruit, pastries and smoked salmon. The staff were very friendly and helpful…. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice, there are a lot of seating areas which is nice. The hotel is located walking distance from some restaurants, so convenient to grab a bite to eat.

There was no microwave in the room and no option to heat up food on the premises, I would have expected this from a 4 star hotel. There are no options in the hotel to do laundry, you would have to drive to a laundromat.

Though not a big deal. I booked my stay thru expedia and got an email that breakfast is complementary but hotel staff said it’s just for 2 people not for 4. We have to go out for breakfast all 3 days. Hotel staff said we don’t care about Expedia.

Location is nice and quiet. 3. room and bathroom is clean and tidy. 4. very good view from the window. we can open window a bit for fresh air. 5. towels are very clean and soft. 6. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 7. Internet is super. 8. Car park is very convenient and feel very safe. 9. we want to say thank you to all staff who helped us for everything and we will stay here again.

Everything is perfect for me.

I stayed in the hotel for2 days to ensure I hadn’t contracted COVID during my trip from Ottawa, before going to visit my immune-compromised relative who is still in the hospital after 5 months. I was dismayed to see that the hotel didn’t even bother to post signs about social distancing, let alone require masking or hand sanitizing. Several times I had to exit the elevator and wait for the next one when too many others just crowded in behind me.

It was a very comforable stay. We had 3 of us in the room. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub wasnt working though. The room was very clean, beds comfy, and quiet

We had the breakfast added to our room but its only for 2 people even though there was 3 in the room. Its from the grab and go it worked well though we just got 1 of everything twice and shared it

This property is a great location and well-kept place everything is beautiful shiny and pristine the staff is friendly and wonderful.

The listing said that the property was animal friendly but when we showed up with the bird in a cage they almost didn’t take us. They told us that their property was dog friendly not bird friendly. They chose to make an exception this time but for future they need to be listed as dog friendly with Expedia not animal friendly. I don’t know about you guys but I would much rather vacuum up seed from a carpet that flies out of a cage then deal with dog urine or faeces fur. Just my thoughts

The size of the room was great much bigger than most hotel rooms. Loved the view and big windows. Beds were super comfortable.

Well - hard to achieve but the toast in the morning room service was always cool - but we were on 14th floor otherwise it was good room service

Very clean & sanitized. Comfortable rooms.

I called the front desk five or six times in a row. Was put on hold every time. And every time... No one answered. I finally got dressed, took the elevator down 12 floors, ask the front desk to order me some food. By the time he was ready to take my order he told me it was going to be 50 minutes for the food. Which probably translates to over an hour and reality. I ended up having to leave the premises and go outdoors in the sweltering heat wave... To find some food outside of the Sheraton Hotel. Not convenient. Or good food service for a guest checking in on night 1 of 3.

Rude behaviour by staff during breakfast. perhaps won’t go back due to this.

I liked the view from the room. Breakfast is tasty.

I didn't like that every day I had to prove to the staff that I can take juice for my child. Also breakfast menu NEVER changes.
