The bed was comfortable, location ok, however i would have liked to be closer to a grocery store. The room was sufficient. The staff were very helpful and kind and involved with the guests.

The bathroom showers were not really clean, the rest of the bathroom seemed to be clean enough. Sometimes I didn't know the door code when i came home at night because I left early for work and it was not written on the poster before I went out in the morning.

The staff at the reception is extremely friendly. Especially CHIKA, She is so helpful and amazing. If she is there, Your stay is comfortable. The place has a very backpackers vibe, which i like. It's a good atmosphere to meet people. Else if you don't like it, no one will bother you as well. Patio is good, there are always good Musicians there, Jamming a bit. Location is good. Cleanliness is also fine.

It's just that there are pancakes for breakfast every day, should be other options as well.

I really loved from the beginning. The young guy front desk he let me stay by myself whole 3 days. Because one lady she smoke weed in room where I supposed to stay. I was so surprised when someone smoked in the room… Then I requested another room which was very nice. Kitchen was very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Helped me to call taxi.

Bed sheet was very dirty and not clean which I didn’t like. And breakfast was not what promised when I booked. TV room was very cold.

The location is great, 5 mins walking from the city center and the lake. Staff is nice and friendly, the kitchen is big and there is a nice patio where it is possible to eat and chill

The breakfast is very poor (only fruits and pancake that you have to make yourself). The room is quite small for 2 people and lack of amenities (a small wardrobe or a shelf in the bathroom for example). Overall it was a good stay tho!

The breakfast was great. The people were great. I loved the outside area in back. Loved that there was music! Enjoyed playing the guitar in the swing : )

True that the mattress was super soft-- I also slept like a rock, so got a little sore. (I like a firm mattress... but hey, you can't please everyone.)

Spacious, good amount of common areas, large patio area with barbecue and cycle storage. Large well stocked kitchen with good amount of food storage and fridge space. Laundry available for $2.50 wash and $2.50 dryer and can purchase laundry pod for $1. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean throughout. I love that even though there are rules, they’re not punitive. The place has a relaxed and social vibe.

Whilst it didn’t adversely affect me, the kitchen is closed between 10pm and 7am which I find strange seeing as everyone’s body clocks are different and you can’t for example make a hot drink in the night or a late night snack. The patio is also closed from 10pm - I guess to avoid outside noise disturbing people … but it’s a shame as it’s a great place to socialise.

Walkable location right across from City Park, and downtown Kelowna. On site great outdoor patio space inviting for enjoying fresh air and sunshine. BBQ's available and lots of outdoor seating. Front desk staff, knowledgeable, informative, welcoming and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, with spacious storage lockers. Shared washrooms very well maintained and clean! Hot water, adjustable shower heads, excellent water pressure. Complimentary breakfast with a selection of bagels and fresh fruit, and complimentary coffee and tea available all day! Great spacious kitchen space for meal prep too. Extra features like pool table, foos ball, TV room, stocked bookshelf, games, entertainment... In building laundry and more. WiFi included too.

Traffic noise from the highway seeps in through the windows (maybe this is only applicable for one side of the building).. Ear plugs and headphones make a difference for a peaceful quiet night for sleep.

location was great and staff were really helpful. enjoyed the pool and table football tables as well!

room was warm, AC on overnight and AC was noisy so difficult to sleep with it on. pancakes was offered for breakfast but not available, possibly due to shortage of housekeeping staff - not an issue for us but obviously this needs to be rectified with increased staff to make the staff’s life easier!

Staff were very helpful. The location was perfect. The hot water was excellent. Great breakfast facilities and excellent value for money. Bed was comfy.

The room was very noisy from outside traffic but ear plugs are provided. Room floors were abit dirty.

Loved the staff, amazing patio area, great value and location was top notch.

The front door is open to anyone a lot of the time, and I had a problem with a weirdo from the street knocking on my door at 6 am. It feels like there could be more of a safety mechanism for entering the upstairs area.
