Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort

The hotel has beautiful views and the restaurant was very good, especially as we were able to sit outside and have dinner the first night on the patio. We liked that we could see the lake from our room if we went out on the (rather small!) balcony.

The room layout was poor. The closet space was ridiculously small and also the way the coffee maker is tucked away in the closet means you have to move it to be able to use. Also, only having one chair by the window and a huge space the other side with absolutely nothing there seemed very odd, especially for a hotel of this rating. If those things were changed, the room would be much better value.

I would say for the cost we have expected more, but we had an amazing time! The only thing that bothered us is luck of enough space to put your clothes away or hang them. Furniture is modern but not enough room with drawers

I had booked a room requesting the best of the category I booked in. Even though I did not book lake view, I had requested at least a partial view of lake/ mountains. When I arrived after a very long flight, luggage was lost, I was put in a room, facing a wall of another building and a parking lot. I was very disappointed. I asked for a better room with at least a partial view and not facing a wall! The staff were great and put me in a much nicer room. I was comfortable there and they brough extra blankets and water when I requested it. This made not having no luggage for 3 1/2 days much easier to bare! They had overcharged me at the end by extra $10, as price did not match what I booked with Booking.com. I asked the hotel to correct the error and refund me the $10. I expect hotel to honour the price of Booking.com so I request you check that I was actually refunded the $10.

I combined answers above. I did not like the room I received and after I long hard travel day, I would appreciate the hotel honouring my request for at least a partial view of the lake. Eventually they did, after I complained. I also did not like that the final price did not match Booking.com rate. I was overcharged by $10. I hope I get refunded for that.

Great hotel and staff overall. Hotel room was nice, restaurant was great, enjoyed the happy hour each day during our stay. Pool and gym was good too and available. Great location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Transportation services easily accessible via taxi or shuttle services.

After careful review, the rate that I was quoted on Booking.Com did not match the rate that was invoiced upon checkout. However it was resolved by staff and management. They were all nice and very helpful.

Location was very good. We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the patio overlooking the Lagoon. The room was spatious and quite comfortable. Unfortunately we did not have sufficient time to explore the onsite amenities, nor the local community. There seems to be a lot to do if you have a little more time to explore.

The resort is quite pricy notwithstanding the amenities: It should have been priced better in the marketplace. I would have expected the price at a Fairmount, not Marriott. Nevertheless we decided to splurg and treat ourselves on our journey west but I would think twice before booking again if there are reasonable alternatives available.

We had a beautiful side view of marina/lake. Did not expect with price we paid. Good walking area with park,beach and museums a nd some shops. We had a great happy hour at hotel with family in geodesic illuminated domes, seats six. On outside patio siding on water, .

Monday/Tuesday dead around area. Restaurants/shops. Closed. Probably seasonal.

Small room, but nice, in excellent location, jolly staff, overall a really good experience……albeit pricey.

The server in the restaurant had no idea how to open a wine bottle (more comical than problematic)—-which was weird, given that the resort is situated in the wine capital of Canada. Prices were high, but service and food were very good.

front desk service was great. I believe her name was liza. room was clean and modern. location is very convenient to everything. amenities were good. decor of building is comfy and clean.

bed by window was quite deformed (top of mattress bulging out), other bed was not as much but still a little bit. Found previous guests garbage and kids drawing underneath one bed.

quite and spacious rooms. straight forward services and checking process. will definitely return and try upgraded room next time. even super easy take the dog in and around the hotel.

honestly can’t complain about much. a couple of noisy guests down the room but not enough to bother me.
