Good location, nice big rooms, quiet, everything was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Took a long time to check in. Pillows are tiny... never seen that in a hotel before.. did not like that. There are multiple entrances and parking spots around the building, which would've made carrying in all my luggage so much easier HAD the staff bothered to share...

The owners were really accommodating to me and allowed me to check in early as a was really tired so I do appreciate that

The only thing I’m sad is that I had pre-paid online and they also took the full payment while they were saying it only was a damage deposit the payment went through anyway so I ended up paying twice for the night

I arrived to Canada and I was just an stranger in a distant land. Then I met Lawrence and Diana and felt like back at home. This is not just a place to stay, it´s a place to meet amazing people that kindly help you to understand how the things work here, that support you with very experienced advices, that share their time and histories with you becomming an unvaluable english practice opportunity. And the food, OMG it was so delicious!. For the prices they offer I don´t think you can find a better place to enjoy a warming and homey experience in Edmonton.

what happened the day I flew was a nightmare, didn't get out of the airport till after 1 am - it was 130 before I got to the room and was so concerned that I had no room to stay in...the staff's response to my dilemma was incredible - kind and thoughtful. I was exhausted from all the stress of cancelled flights etc. having had nothing to eat other than junk....since noon. I'm diabetic. I was treated so gently and with respect by the staff - he even brought my forgotten bag of chips to my room. The room was clean spotless and comfortable. Temperature perfect. had breakfast which was good and a variety. Value was excellent. Getting there and being treated the way I was, the comfort, made the nightmare I'd endured go away. Although I wasn't there very long - will stay there again ...had to catch a bus. Thank the staff for in such trying circumstances for their kind and considerate understanding behavior.

the weather , the flying delays the cold...

Good value for the location. Has a free shuttle from the airport, but if I had known it was only a 10 dollar taxi ride, I'd have passed on the shuttle. Clean, warm location on a cold night in Edmonton.

Late night front desk agent had us down for the wrong time for the morning shuttle. Got a call in the morning saying that if we wanted to change our time, we should have let them know as they get charged regardless. Pretty sure the error was on their end, and I didn't appreciate them insinuating we had changed our times. Regardless, nice people working at, and running the place.

The Attention at the reception was very good, also the transfer service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to airport was excelent.

Breakfast should be better winth more variety the room smells very musty and the carpet are very stained.

The hotel is currently undergoing a large renovation so there is some construction (while we visited it was only noted as being on the main floor, in the lobby area). Pam was awesome at check-in! Super friendly and fun! We only visited for 1 night this time but will definitely stay again. We were really only there to sleep and it was very suitable for that.

Bit of a smell from smoking I’m pretty sure? Only decaf coffee in the rooms was a little silly, but the breakfast spread made up for it!

I chose it for price and proximity to airport for 10 layover between flights. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was so luxurious and spacious! Bathroom brand new. Staff was great and shuttle was on time and ride was so short to airport! Defintely would recommend this to anyone who needs to be close to airport!

Towels were abit scratchy..

This was our first stay in International Inn. My husband had an early flight so we decided to drive a day before and stay in a hotel. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean. I got a late checkout! Because of Corona, you have only Breakfast to Go, but this was OK. International Inn offers a free Airport Shuttle, this was also very comfortable. We will book again. This hotel offers rooms for smokers! We are smokers and especially in winter times, it is good.
