Great space and facilities.Shame there was not a better cafe attached to it for breakfast. Great value for money, location and space!

Barely saw any staff, the room was ground floor no view sadly not sure why?!

A spacious and clean apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable large beds. The best thing about this place is the outdoor heated pool and hot-tub. We were there each evening and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of walking or hiking.

Our unit faced the main street with some stores and flashing rights (so not the best view) but the room had blackout blinds, so we slept soundly. This hotel is located a little away from the centre of town, so you cant just walk over to grab a bit to eat. You definitely need a car.

This review is part of a big road trip we planned around British Columbia and Alberta – flying in from Australia and renting a car, for the trip of our lifetime so far. We put a huge amount of time, energy and expense in planning the whole trip. As Aussies, we just want to say Canada is amazing. Just beautiful. It was worth every bit of planning and expense we put it into for so very long. Be proud Canada – what a beautiful place you live in! So, in that context, here is this review: Stoneridge Mountain Resort was a highlight of our whole trip. We stayed there for four nights and used it as our base for visiting Banff and the surrounding area. By the time we left we were truly sad to leave. The room was large, clean, very well equipped, and so very comfortable. We enjoyed using the gym, pool and spa in between activities and day trips. Words fail just how good this stay was.

It was extremely comfortable for us to stay here for 2 days as if it was my room—one of the best hotels we have ever had. The room was clean and there were a lot of utensils to cook so we could make breakfast ourselves. We could enjoy both a cold water pool and a warm water pool. We would stay again here.

There was an EV Charger. Sadly, it didn't work so I called to front desk to ask how to use that. Nevertheless, they told me it didn't work so they needed to ask a manager of the building. Fortunately, there was a Tesla supercharger nearby so we didn't mind whether it worked or not. If you want to use that charger, I highly suggest you look for an EV charger station nearby, don't count on that. Also, I want them to fix the website that says "We have an EV charger".

The smoking issue that the cleaning manager reported. We know the rules of hotel and the smoke issue she reported might be the the bread that my friend accidentally toasted in a wrong minutes, we also boiled egg. But the cigarette issue no one smoke. The fireplace was open by the time we enter at our room at late night because the whole day were out of the hotel. My husband was looking for a remote to off the fire place but he found out it was connected to the switch so he off the fire place. Then I received an email to call back the hotel about smoking reported by the cleaning manager & I called backed and reported to the Manager about the issue that he said he will make a report. So that they will not charges us. 1st time it happen to us about smoking issues that we never did.

The apartment was large, clean, modern and well equipped. It had 3 flat screen TV’s, a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer which was great for us to catch up with washing after 2 weeks traveling around western Canada. Canmore is a nice town, close to Banff but considerably less expensive. I recommend staying here. It also has an excellent supermarket, ‘Save on Foods’

Being a Booking.com booking, I suspect we were allocated the worst apartment in the complex. It was on the ground floor, had no windows and just 2 small sliding doors. It felt like living in a cave, it was so dark. We had to turn on every light in the entire apartment during the day and the lighting was still substandard. I can’t see how this apartment is legal. It certainly doesn’t comply with Australian regulations.

Staff was very nice and responsive. We all loved the pool. The location was perfect for us too. We had a wonderful stay and all loved it here and would come back.

The internet had gone out when we arrived and we had problems connecting for a few days even though it had come back. It turned out that a router had to be reset which staff was super helpful in doing after I called. TV did not work for most of the trip either but we didnt really try to turn it on anyways!

The staff was great, very accommodating and happy to help when needed! We loved the spacious room and the option for cold sparkling or still water. We were on the first floor and could walk right out to the pool from our suite which was actually great. We loved having our own kitchen and the coffee was delicious!

Our suite was right next to the Black Dog Cafe, which was quite loud. It was also close to the weight room pool change rooms... it was quite loud even later at night. We stayed for four nights and even though we had the cleaning sign up, no one came to clean our room. The beds weren't super comfy but they did the trick! Also...something silly but somewhat important. The shower lacked water pressure and the placement of the nozzle could've been better placed for such a big shower. :)

The pool area was nice, I never used it but I did sit on the pool patio with the grandkids and enjoyed hotdogs and hamburgers provided by the hotel. We never used the kitchen for cooking but having a sink and full size refrigerator was very convenient. There were enough dishes and settings for a family of four. The mountain views were spectacular. We didin't have the best view in the hotel as we were facing a walking path and another hotel but we still had a good view from our balcony. Having said that it would be hard for me to visualize a bad view from this hotel. What I liked the most was every staff member I met said hello and was very friendly!

I was happy with our accommodations and was not disappointed in any way.

The suite was beautiful and we loved the room darking blinds and the huge tub and shower in the master ensuite . Our patio had a beautiful veiw of three sisters mountain which was fabulous. The underground parking was easily accessible and the coffee shop on the main floor was fab for a coffee and a light breakfast. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool and hot tub but will definitely check it out on our next visit . We would definitely stay again .

There weren't enough blankets and only one pillow for the pull out hide a bed . But we called the front desk and the promptly gave us more 👍
