booked the family room with 2 bedrooms. One double bed and table in the large room and two singles in the other. Nice clean bathroom and entrance hall. More than enough room for a family of 4. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was good, but not great. No fridge or kettle in the room.

The breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast surprisingly good and with good choice. Was not as big as in a hotel (no hot meals like eggs, sausages, etc), bet plenty of everything else. The room looked freshly refurbished with the new furniture and was made very comfortable despite its small size. Bath robes to go to the shared facilities. Excellent location - in 5 minute walk you are in heart of the Old city and 10 min walk to Vienna midi train station which has S7 to the airport. We even found free parking on the next street. Very friendly reception, thank you!

Basic and outdated toilet. The old school toilet seat with the shelf - good for examination of your "production", but too much smell for shared toilet. Only 1 key for a room was provided. If you happen to go to the shared toilet in the night and forget that the door of the room locks automatically and you forgot the key - either have to knock up your travel buddies or go to the reception for help. Rooms, reception, showers are located on different floors so you have to walk up and down. the main staircase of the building.

I booked a room at this hotel mainly beacause of the affordable price. I was there for a week of holidays for my first visit in Vienna. I was more than delighted to find such a friendly and helpful staff, the team helped me organize my stay and my visits and was here to answer all my questions. Also, the hotel is just a few minutes away from the city center and from subway station Schwedenplatz which goes directly to Prater park and Schoenbrunn castle: very convenient.

No air conditioning in the room, the fan provided was not enough to refresh the room on very hot days.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and super close to the metro station.

The rooms are a bit basic but if you don't plan to spend much time in the room this shouldn't be a problem.

- Some noice from the room upstairs (soundproofing could be better) - We sometimes had some troubles to close the door to our room (the badging system was weird, we sometimes had to try two or three times before it was really locked) - That's all !

Cleaning staff were smoking in the bedrooms

The room wasn't big but neither small. It was very clean and fresh linen supplied daily. The breakfast was good and fresh. The heating was good and the hot water was also good and the shower manageable. The location was perfect. 5 mins to the Underground Station and 5 mins to the centre of Vienna. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even offered us coffee when we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast room was opened. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Vienna.

Maybe the pillows could have been a little bit more comfortable, as they were too soft. But everything else was great.

I was there because of a summer school. The location was great, close to the Stephansplatz. The staff were very friendly. I have reserved a room with shared bathroom and when i asked to upgrade my room to have toilet inside the room, they did it with a little increase. Even it was a bit small but i spent great time there

The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. My husband had birthday while we're there and they suprised him with a box of chocolate! It was extremly kind from them! The location is really good and they allow pets for no extra charge! I missed the fridge from the apartment, but they allowed us to put it into their kitchen's fridge, so in the end they re helpful again.

This is not the pensions fault, but just keep your heads up, there is a huge construction going on the other side of the street and they literally work 24/7, in the middle of the night we woke up, because a truck arrived with a bunch of stuff and they started to offload it and they havent paid any attention of the time... so better to bring or buy earplugs :)

Staff went above and beyond!! Really personable staff. They have an information board with weather notices as well as things to do. Very close to everything and easy to walk places. They have an elevator.

You may need to share a washroom but fortunately we were able to upgrade to a room with a private washroom and it wasn't a huge price difference.
