Alma Boutique-Hotel

Good location next to metro station in the city center, easy to reach landmarks and explore. Friendly and herlpful staff, breakfast was included and quite good. Room was cosy and warm.

No major complaints, maybe the price is typical for Austria, but still the feeling was that it could be a bit more economic. And the weird thing was the bathroom - toilet was separated with no sink, and bathroom zone has no door at all, connected to the main bendroom and only visually covered by a curtain, which wasnt too comfortable, as steam went into the room, and also the water leaked onto the floor.

Place good, room in silent area, close tocity center. The staff is very useful. Thx for arranging parking for moto! Brakefast very good.

It was hard to manage the higher temperature in the room, It was too cold. The room needs some instruction for the AC. Was not possible, imo, to switch off AC, finally manage to mode fan only, but effect was still far away from what we expected. Maybe we had broken AC (r.54). The breakfast service lady should smile more, today was completely unhappy, would be also better if she during kitchen cleaning close the doors to the working area (sound and smell destroying good overall feeling)

Location, Location,Location

1- One of your hotel staff named Jehan, who served on breakfast on weekends was very RUDE, we asked her for a tea for breakfast, she impolitely, NO TEA! for us tea is the most important part of breakfast (no tea=no breakfast). Days before tea was available! 2- Breakfast room Does not match a hotel with four stars, it is too small, too crowded, it is advised that hotel MUST find a bigger, better room. May be the fifth floor is better! 3- pillows are too soft, you do not feel, when you lie down to sleep you do not feel your head is on pillow. 4- TV was situated in a place you cannot see it when you are in bed! 5- Not very important, wish there was a Mesh on windows to prevent flies.

it was 1 minute walk to the train network. it had an elevator to every floor which was handy because I had quite a large bag. The airline lost my bag and Hotel. staff did everything in their power to get it back for me. Above and beyond. They sent an email for me to the airline in both English and German to make sure there was no confusion in translation.

it was not 5 star but I’ve staid in some very ordinary places over the 6 weeks I’ve been traveling. I was at ease and comfortable here.

The hotel provides everything you may need for a business trip in Vienna. It is clean and offers a nice breakfast even if the size of the hotel is small. Also, the staff is really polite. The most important thing is that it is in a perfect location in the center of Vienna, suitable for going easily and fast everywhere you want/need to go.

It's expensive and it is not luxury for the price tag.

The staff is great- everyone was very nice and very professional, especially Noman at reception who helped me with addressing some of the issues with my initial booking and...with having forgotten to empty the safe before doing my check out! Location is also extremely convenient for arriving from the airport (next to the stop of the direct bus) and for having a nice dinner and walk in the center.

Some of the single rooms are too small - check with reception before you book.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Also, there is free water/coffee and tea downstairs all day and night long. This made up for no coffee machine in the room. It was especially nice that we could wind down with a cup of tea in the evening and had a coffee before leaving to the airport at 4 am.

There was only soap/shampoo and hand soap provided, no other toiletries or vanity set.

Alma is well located. close to good restaurants and small shops. there are some fantastic ice cream cafe next to the hotel. the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful. one thing was not so good, there were only shampoo and no hair conditioner. we were flying with only handbags, and we thought all hotel offers shampoo and conditioner. not sadly no. overall we had a good time at Alma. and we will recommend it😊

The location is great - very close to the metro and just in the city center. The lady in the breakfast room was very friendly and gave the feeling that she is really happy for everyone being there. The breakfast itself was good.

The room was very small. It had a very small table, only a little larger than my laptop, not comfortable to work at. No shampoo in the bathroom.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were very helpful and always pleasant. A very good position. Breakfast was extensive and good.

No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. After a day out exploring the city, I would have liked to throw off my shoes and have some tea. I didn't want to go downstairs again.
