Nice space for a couple for a weekend or longer. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Nice lounge space. Big comfy bed. Extra blankets and heater for bedroom. Good location on Bay St. We walked to the beach and lots of cafes etc..to have coffee / food on the way back. Great location for us to get around.

Quite small bathroom, but functional. Courtyard off bedroom was a bit unkempt , could have tidied it up for a better vibe. No salt/ pepper , or washing powder in laundry. Would be nice to have just a small sachet of each available. Overall we were happy with what we had though.

Room had everything you needed.

My room was on lower floor and the lobby to that area was open all night. The room door seemed fairly flimsy, no interior chain or anything. As a lone female felt a little uncomfortable that anyone off the street could walk into the complex.

the room could do with a little love, there was mould on the bathroom window, and the wooden window frame around it had water damage, the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The roller blinds in the lounge area didn't look clean. The bedspread was very thin and I got cold despite putting the extra blanket on.

Excellent location at a moderate price. Corner of Bay Street and Nepean Hwy.but traffic noise at night was negligee. Just a block from Coles supermarket and only a little further to a great selection of quality restaurants. Easy, short walk to train. Safe area. Helpful, cheerful cleaner who was the only staff member we interacted with. Free parking.

No instructions on how to use the microwave, the washing machine or the oven - all of which presented problems. Labels on oven worn off. No booklet describing nearby amenities. Microwave was too high and was dangerous and Also impossible to clean without standing on chair. A booklet could also encourage other residents to use the correct car park and show a little restraint with partying on the balcony past midnight - 2 of the 6 nights we stayed.

Super clean room, heaps of conveniences (supermarket, bottle shop, food, coffee) within 5 minutes walk, very welcoming reception (thank you Caitlin), shower pressure was unreal, undercover parking, very quiet and private

Some instructions for the oven would have been good because the markings were rubbed off the dial. Netflix or another streaming option besides Foxtel Showtime would have been a bonus.

The location on Bay St North Brighton was handy with close proximity to shops and rail station, the beds were comfy, facilities met our needs. Caretaker was friendly and helpful.

You had to walk through the main bedroom to access the shower and toilet. Not ideal in a 2 bedroom flat with 3 travellers!

The apartment size is ok, parking is nearby n free. Backyard is decent size, good thing has heater. Toilet has washing machine, a bit small but acceptable. Apartment location is good as nearby to supermarket, shops n cafe.

I dont like their pillows, too thin and mattress not so comfy.

Very close to shops and railway station. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I keep returning here as it it's close to my son and his family. As week as the trains there are buses available is you want to use public transport.

It's getting a little tired and does need to start being updated at some stage. Painting and carpets to be replaced would really help.

The staff were friendly, the apartments have everything you need in them and are very big, the bed is comfy, everything was clean.

The rooms are a little cold and basic and we were worried about leaving our bags in reception in the morning (although everything was fine). Overall it's a great place for value for money. Would return.

Conveniently located close to family and Coles supermarket. Lots of cafes in Bay Street and speciality shops. Little Sky ice cream shop is a must to visit. We had a delightful Smores ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. The staff here are very obliging and helpful. It is also very close to Nepean Highway.

It is a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It does need a bit of updating but given the past two almost three years now due to Covid its understandable they are not doing this at the moment.
