Beautiful and spacious room, the jacuzzi bath is a must. The bed is very big and comfy, the place is clean, housekeeping team were very nice and welcoming. Pretty good experience, I recommend ! Perfect for couples

Receptionist are very cold, not welcoming, I had the feeling to bother them when I came to ask something or buy something at the reception! A smile and nice words are always appreciate!

Comfortable, safe, bathroom and bathroom amenities were perfect, bed was nice, overall a good place and lovely friendly staff. Heating was good, comfortable. Car park was great to have, private carpark. Lift was good to have, made it easier to go up and down. Has a restaurant for breakfast which was good. Love the garden area, very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay at.

The pillows were a bit flat and too soft, I prefer plump pillows. and the soap dispenser needs a proper dispense button rather than squeezing the hand soap bottle. The price is a bit high for one night.

I like that it was spacious, comfortable bed and even though it's a bit old everything was functioning and clean

For us the bathroom as my husband is in a wheelchair the unit was accessible but the bathroom not as much he could go in it and use the toilet but no access to the shower that was a bit disappointed Also the parking l wasn't very impressed with it as the space was small and not under cover and not enough parking space but they're expanding so construction on sight maybe because of that

I just slept there and didn’t any other facility. My room felt welcoming and, though I arrived after reception closed the lock box instructions were very clear. The room and bathroom were well appointed and the shower was great. Though I didn’t expect it my room received a tidying when I was out during the day. I left early in the morning so didn’t meet any staff and the key drop box was obvious. Thank you

I would have appreciated information about public transport near by. Like a paper tram map or timetable if they exist.

We stayed in the Villa, it was enormous and very well laid out. Good location close to public transport (trams to the city) and enough room for the 6 of us (4 kids) to each have our own space. Our girls loved the spa bath.

The parking was very very tight to get into our offstreet parking.. we have a Kia Carnival and it didn't fit into the Garage. Luckily there was one spare space which we were able to use but if you need to fit a big car in the garage it will be tight. Also the main reception was hard to get to as the site in front was being rebuilt. I think this was only temporary though so shouldn't be a long term concern.

Travelling with 88yo Mother with wheelie walker. Room allocated was suited to her needs as she is vision impaired and physically disabled. Check in was simple and welcoming with clear instructions and information on the room, mini bar if required, restaurant, checkout, reception hours, parking and after hours entry. Fridge in room was great. It was actually cold and the freezer was separate!

Wouldn't say I disliked anything but more a suggestion only. As the room was clearly catering for guests with mobility issues, perhaps catering for their physical limitations would be beneficial. The large cups and saucers are difficult for many elderly to manage and big handled mugs are easier to grip and hold. Also with physical limitations trying to dispense liquid soap ans shampoo is very difficult to near impossible. Perhaps catering with soap bars and mimi toiletries can be supplied or offered on check in if nescessaty. Most travellers travel with their own toiletries but a suggestion just in case.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating, the room was spacious, with all anticipated amenities. Room was spotless and being the deluxe spa room we were very comfortable. The pool is indoors with a spa to the side, temperature was lovely. The shared courtyard was very pleasant and the gardens well maintained. Good amount of parking on site and a very short drive to the beach and numerous places to eat.

I don't believe that I can fault our stay, would stay here again if visiting the area again.

The swimming pool and spa were welcome facilities during our stay. The room we stayed in was very clean and well furnished.

Lack of a toaster in the standard room. Took a while for the hot water pressure to stabilise and become steady in the shower. No indication which tap was hot and which cold in the shower, and could have been readily remedied using stick-on red and blue buttons from Bunnings or similar.

great staff - very welcoming- even left the pool open for me because we arrived late and I would have missed out on a swim otherwise

parking is an issue right now - but with all the new construction work being done that’s understandable- if you don’t get a spot just wait till restaurant guests leave and move your car in - should be much better once construction is finished

Reception staff were friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They have a small indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was conveniently located in St Kilda East.

Three issues were somewhat inconvenient. They didn't allow late check-out, the reception desk closed at 6:30pm. And the third point was that payment options were inflexible. I was being hosted by a local Australian programme but they couldn't take their payment by phone. Instead I had to pay in person using an overseas credit card and wait to be reimbursed by my sponsor.
