Springfield Lakes Boutique Hotel

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely deep bath, the cot we requested for our toddler was all set up and perfect for him when we arrived. Free on site parking.

Air conditioning was a bit dodgy, we found it hard to get the room to a good temperature. The ironing board was pretty wonky and needs replacing. No coffee table. Reception was unattended a lot and this was a bit annoying when I called down to get more towels and my call went unanswered.

Location great, staff great, good room size

breakfast was expensive for 2 eggs and 2 very thin unbuttered pieces of toast. Not asked what size coffee just given the largest. Did not like the massive credit card expense, that i have never experienced before ever in travelling. Most place yes may charge 1 -1.5%, but almost $14 for using a credit card, who is going to have $1000 in there wallet in the days of credit card use everywhere in the world.

It was lovely room and comfortable stay. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, convenient having other food options just outside as the restaurant in the hotel wasn't available over our stay. it was only for a night but defiantly stay again and recommend :)

only thing over our short stay was not being able to use the pool properly as it needed to be cleaned from Debree and not being able to try the restaurant inside hotel.

lovely big room, spacious bathroom, very clean. kettle, microwave fridge if needed. secure parking. located near where we had to be for a day's event. decent restaurant nearby at the springfield lakes hotel. very very close to anytime fitness if you're a member.

rather on expensive side, as it's not set in nice surroundings. it's an industrial lot/ big box retail.

The rooms are spacious and well set out. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. I had dinner in the cafe downstairs which was very good.

There was some car noise and loud music from the carpark at times. Some of the fittings in the bathroom were showing signs of wear. I didn’t see staff on site, I only saw someone at reception on check out. If you had a problem I’m not sure what you would do.

I leave for work very early and come back late so I had no contact with staff however everything was there for me my room was cleaned every day and my bed made

Just one of the mornings driving out of the secure carpark the automatic gate wouldn’t open so I had to go out the main door swipe my card from outside to open the gate otherwise everything was great

convenient, comfortable, welcoming.

the rooms are sound proofed very well. could hear people walking above me at all times of the night while trying to sleep. could hear people talking in the hallway from inside my room. the coffee cups were dirty when I went to use one.

The room was large and spacious, plenty of room for a family of 3 with a separate bedroom and sofabed made up for our 7 year old. He loved it. Kitchenette well equipped and room in the fridge for a few breakfast items of your own. Walking distance to cafe (morning coffee/breakfast) and restaurants. Swimming pool was great, staff very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, had a great stay.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was great Dining room was great food opened early which was great as we had early starts. Staff were wonderful and friendly nothing was too much.

There was no facilities for washing.

not so much didn’t like, but looks like ‘chompers’ restaurant may not survive.
