Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments

The bedroom was spacious and neat, sufficient cabinets for a longer stay. A desk with drawers in the bedroom. A small TV as well. Lightings was adequate in the bedroom too. The living room and dining room were big and comfortable. Our balcony was very nice, pool view. The bathroom could be accessed through living room and bedroom, remember to lock up both doors when using. Good supply of hot water. Two rooms sharing one guest laundry (free at cost), very convenient. The wifi was very bad, but the staff Darren was very good, he gave us a portable wifi router which ran very good. Staff Darren was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks for his good service during our stay. Car park arrangement was good, just park your own car in front of your building. Room number was printed on the carpark, easy to find.

Toilet bowl was very old. Air-con at the bedroom was not working, luckily there was a bladeless fan in the bedroom. As there has no anti-hotlinking at the main door, in one morning, the house keepers rushed into our apartment with their key, when we told them that we were not ready to make up the room now (cause we were preparing our breakfast in the kitchen), the leader of the cleaning crew told us if they could not make up the room now, they could not come back again today. So I handed the rubbish bag to them and asked for a new rubbish bag and a toilet roll, then let them left 😊

I was helping friends move out of Brisbane and we didn't finish packing, etc, until 6pm. Finding Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments 'along the route' out of town was super convenient to help us get an early start the following day. If only we'd arrived a little earlier we'd have been able to utilize the free laundry facilities which are shared between two rooms (no coin operated machines!), but "next time" we'll get there earlier. The 3 of us were very tired after the move and I LOVED having a nice deep tub in the bathroom to soak sore muscles and relax. Definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a convenient location, great facilities and very accommodating staff. If I'm back in the area I'll def stay again - thank you!

There was nothing to not like! The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.

- Loved walking in and air-con was on and had the entire apartment at perfect warmth (for a cold winter night) - felt comfortable straight away - Bed was comfortable (like stupidly comfortable), which could also be a negative hahaha - Was incredibly clean and a really nice, functional one-bedder design - I was a mid-evening check-in (after reception hours) and I was concerned after getting a response from one of the managers, but it was fine and worked well, so guaranteed 24 hr entry - Manager was great with direct communication to pre-questions **Caveat - a couple of the Emoji questions aren't relevant as I literally got in mid evening to leave early morning, so location gets a :-) - I didn't walk around looking for anything specifically like restaurants or a pub - as it wasn't to my needs (wish I did know more), did see a shopping centre and a Maccas wasn't too far away

- No early check out key drop off box (I get that part) but no instruction as to lock it in room (found a solution!) - With there being two rooms and a shared alcove for entry, maybe lighting for night time entry, whether movement automated or on a timer to certain times - Doesn't affect me, however didn't seem all designed for all abilities There's not much not to like to be fair, especially for what I would use it for and recommend it for in the future (particularly for the bed and the fact I can walk in there and its toasty warm/freshly cool on those particular nights!)

I like the apartments because I have been to this place for work to attend work conferences starting from Year 2014. It's like a family kind of relationship with the hotel where you want to stay for longer period of time. The rooms has a lot of space and drawers to store all your clothes and personal items which allows you to organised it neatly for daily use. The location is very close to the shopping mall and the library for personal use. The transport service is well linked to travel around the Brisbane and City area 💖!!!

The price is bit high for students that has to rely on their own saving without a permanent employment. If there can be affordable rooms added to the premises for local and International resident's and for student's as a future development plan with affordable price such as $100 as a budget for a night's stay can be considered. Apart from that the apartments are well attended and have a well connected services for a personnel's use.

Great place to stay. I was working at Ipswich over the weekend and there was nothing available close by. Mt Ommany Apartments was only 30 minutes from the racetrack via the freeways and really didn't seem that far away at all. A are shopping centre across the road meant that it was easy to grab any necessities with ease.

Nothing really. It was a bit of a pain to set up the wi-fi as I didn't have a booking reference handy. It was quickly fixed with a visit to reception.

I took my daughter to Brisbane to start a course at a college there , where we stayed at mt Ommaney was close to where she is staying for Next six months in private accommodation , where we stayed was comfortable , spacious , no complaints from me but it's getting old Good for the price and location, I would stay again

The air conditioners are showing their age , noisy and not so cold but ok , I've had worse , no garden to lookout on palm trees need a tidy up

Not expecting a nice bath tub and balcony inside the room. The room is spacious and extremely clean and tidy. Towels and shower products are provided as well.

If walk-in booking becomes available would be a plus. I have to get through an online site to book the room even though I have already arrived at the reception, but online booking is easy tho, the booking gets through to the reception instantly.

Roomy, quiet (traffic was not a problem ) Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. The fact there was a courtesy bus to the restaurant. That was a huge bonus and the driver was lovely. (Mr. Skilton)

Noisy air conditioner. Wi fi didn’t work. Other accommodation we stayed at on our trip had a toaster, microwave and crockery. This only had a kettle, cups, glasses.

Big room that was super clean. Shower over bath with good hot water. Double doors on access to the apartments for extra security. Check in after 5pm was a breeze. Laundry facilities too.

Bed was a bit droopy inwards towards the middle and mattress springs on one side were a little too present. Comfy enough though for an alright night's rest.

The location was perfect. Having 2 rooms connecting was also very convenient.

The air cons were a little old and noisy. Kitchen was tired and showing some disrepair.
