This was a very comfortable and convenient place for three adults in Brisbane visiting family for a significant birthday party. Air conditioning (a must in this city) and the beautiful view out over the River made it special. We only had three nights there but feel a longer stay would have allowed us to enjoy the facilities of the property and local attractions more fully.
We found two minor maintenance items: The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working, and The slats on the bed base in the main bedroom had detached but we were able to fix that without seeking help from staff. Without those small maintenance items I would definitely have given the property a 10!

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and fairly well equipped. Beds were comfy. Location super convenient with access to the river bike/walking path and bus stop on our doorstep. Easy walk to Auchenflower station (5 mins) and Toowwong Shopping Village (10 mins). Good views of the CBD from the 6th floor. Foxtel and Chromecast worked as expected. The two large balconies were great spots for watching the NYE fireworks. Amentities included a dedicated car spot, gym and swimming pool. The kitchen had a proper gas oven and stove which were great.
The service lacked detail and attention at this price point. Individually, the following would be no big deal, but the accumulation of niggles was annoying when a simple checklist would suffice. The appartment could have done with a deep clean prior to our arrival. There was a lot of dust on the bedframes and venetian blinds. Supplies were minimal for the duration of our stay. 1 toilet roll in each bathroom and 1 bin bag were definitely not enough for a 6-night stay. Also, the kitchen could have done with a chopping board. One of the electric plugs didn't work in one of the bedrooms and one of the balconies couldn't get used after dark due the light needing a new bulb. Finally, the curtains in the living room only closed partially.

Very spacious and well equipped appartment. Nicely placed between UQ and the city center to easily get around. The balcony was facinf the park (obviously with the name), which was very pleasent. The staff was very helpful.
The appartment wasn't very new and it smelled quite a bit run down. Perhaps a change of the rug would help or perhaps the smell came from the air conditioning. It got better after a few days when it was cooler outside. Coronation drive can be quite busy but the noise wasn't too bad.

It was very well situated and we had a nice view of the Brisbane river. The apartment was very spacious and was a well priced given the busy time of year we booked our stay. Had covered car parking which was good and a lot of visitor parking around the property. It was a very nice property and gym and pool amenities were never busy so we had it to ourselves most of the time.
The key fob to get into the garage for parking took a while to work and was very temperamental.

Stayed there for a week and no cleaning done. Prefer if every alternate or 3 days they clean and provide with new towels. We had to take out own own trash but no trash bag provided for replacement( or maybe we did not ask).

The room had a fantastic view of the Brisbane River and the city. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable very clean 👌 and with private parking the staff so friendly and helpful and close to all facilities it was awesome we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again 😀 😊

The location was great being close to Coronation Drive and within walking distance to public transport and eating venues. The room was large and had a lovely balcony looking over a small park of trees. Parking was allotted to each room and the lift gave you easy access to floors. The fridge was good to have as was the laundry with the laundry powder supplied.
Sadly our ensuite bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned sufficiently before our arrival with mildewed sections between the tiles in the shower recess and the soap tray appeared not as clean as the rest of the unit. Luckily we could use the second bedroom's bathroom. I did draw reception's notice to the bathroom, but for the two nights we were there over the weekend, the ensuite was not cleaned, although we received an apology. I am guessing it was an oversight by a cleaner, but it was disappointing when the rest of the unit seemed fine. Also the water pressure in the shower was terrible, although plenty of pressure in the kitchen taps.

We found the location very good. The bedroom furthest from the air confitioner got warm in the night and needed a ceiling fan. The aircon got fixed onour first day. We were able to get extra tolls from reception . Frienfly staff, fabulous location and
Ran out of toilet rolls. 2nd bedroom got hot as it only had a pedestal fan and the air conditioner didn't cool that room as well.

The view was great. All the amenities functioned without an issue.
Just small things would have made the stay better. A separate soap for shower and toilet. Conditioner, only provided with shampoo. A sanitary bin, my daughter had to improvise with toilet paper and directly dispose in the general bin in the carpark. A box of tissues and a roll of paper towel. A pen and paper, non existent.
