Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel

The location right near the station and the ferry station and the bicycle rake along the river. Very calm. Lots of very nice restaurants and bars in the streets. Not far from the city center. The flat was bigger than expected, the bed extremely comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped.

The location is great. City cat a five minute walk. Train station about the same. Nice apartment for singles or a couple. Everything you could need. Kitchen is very compact, but its got a cook top, dishwasher & microwave. River views are great. Car parking is a real bonus. Great on-site Chinese restaurant. Really helpful reception staff.

It's a shower over the bath, so not great for the elderly or unsteady. Bathroom extractor is very weak so it's very steamy in there. It would be a great help if there was a grab handle to help you get over the bath it's very slippery when getting in & out. It is very noisy early in the morning due to traffic, bin collections & the like. But its the price you pay for a great location.

Great location. 2 minute walk to city catamaran terminal, you can get on and off all up and down the river and see many of the attractions that way. Bus stop 5 minutes away takes you to Lone Pine Koala sanctuary, and Milton Central station is also a 5 minute walk away, with an exceptional Japanese restaurant Mono just outside it. Beurre is also a great bakery on Park Rd. All the staff at Cosmo I met were friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay again, it was good value.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are great too, esp the washing machine and dryer. Super useful! You can request for additional washing detergent and dishwashing liquid too. Locations are great too. Near the bus stop and still within walking distance to train station. The hotel is only 5-10 minutes away by bus to downtown.

Receptionist business hours aren't clearly stated in Booking.com. So I was so confused when I arrived that night to find the receptionist had been close. The late check-in procedure wasn't written in Booking.com, and I only received the instruction email the day after I checked-in. It took us quite some time to contact the staff for a late check in.

Excellent location, secure, great restaurants in the area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and large. Ferry wharf and walking/cycling tracks to the city close by. Milton rail station close. The room was spacious and well equipped. I would stay here again.

Cleanliness. I think the rooms need to be serviced daily when you are staying a few days. Towels were available but you need your garbage taken out and a quick vacuum. Also there is no fan in the bathroom and no window so it was quite unpleasant. The property could do with a make over as its old fashioned and the decor is quite sterile however better not done if the price doubles.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in the studio apartment 510. Cosmo is located in a supremely excellent and exclusive location of Milton, which is situated near incredible restaurants, fast food outlets, transportation, Brisbane river and green spaces. We absolutely loved the space and the incredible staff so much, that I’ve booked the king suite apartment for my 40th in November to enjoy it all over again. The staff were brilliant. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The ducted air con was very efficient and quiet. Plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen was well appointed with a large fridge, a combination microwave and oven. The balcony provided a good river view, Easy parking under the complex with lift access to our floor.

No bedside power points within easy reach for my wife's CPap machine. The bathroom could use an upgrade, especially the shower curtain to a screen. Water from the shower would wet the toilet and floor. The TV was only accessible in the living area not the bedroom. The road noise limited use of the balcony. There was only one lift working which meant a bit of a wait at times.

I find the location of Central Cosmo fantastic. It is across the road from the river walk. Which is a lovely, flat walking track. The accommodation is within walking distance of a small supermarket/shopping centre. Also it is close to some very nice restaurants. The rooms are spacious for two and the temperature of the room was very pleasant.

The bathrooms could be updated. And the bath removed and replaced with a free standing shower. But really there is nothing that I didn't like.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Central Cosmo. It was excellent value for money and fit perfectly within my budget. I enjoyed many different routes on my way to Brisbane city and Southbank and the close proximity of the ferry wharf, train station, bus stop and walking path, really added to the experience. My apartment was cosy and comfortable and big enough for my daughter to join me for a couple of nights. The reception staff were very pleasant and respectful and assisted positively with every enquiry. I appreciated being able to store my luggage on arrival until my room was ready and after checkout, before I had to leave for the airport. The kitchen had the basic necessities which allowed me to easily prepare my own meals and the sunny balcony was a great spot to stop in between holiday activities. I would definitely stay at Central Cosmo again. Thank you for adding to my memorable stay in Brisbane

I loved how thoughtful personnel was and how well was everything organized, early check in and late check out free of charge, as a had a very early flight, room was ready for me early in the morning. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Can't thank everyone enough. Very happy with the service. Enjoyed every moment of my stay. Bed is comforable and soft, spotless white fresh linen, room is spacious, clean, loved the fact of having my own balcony with table and chairs, best spot for breakfast. Super close to the city, approx 25-30 min wlaking by the river.
