location fabulous though could hear pub at night but could close doors and didnt bother us. Room very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and fans worked well.

no privacy to bathroom it was big but no door. Shutters are not sufficient. pool very sad small unloved.

location..location…restaurants and shops in all walking distances. parking is easily accessible. we had room 109. we extended al. our stay here, best decision we made. plenty of room and space, it has a kitchen cooking facilities big bonus. especially if you can’t go into the restaurants as they are usually booked out weeks ahead.

great location close to shops, restaurants and short walk to the beach. very clean and comfortable. good amount of parking.

not many negatives, a few to mention for others to be aware of: light outside room shines in through window at night. pool was small with few chairs. no lift so many stairs to climb. none of these things really impacted on our stay though.

The 1 bedroom spa suite is very spacious with a kitchenette and dining/lounge area. Great location on the main street of Port Douglas and free on-site parking. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was very noisy due to nearby trees full of birds that screech all night. Due to the room's location facing the street, you also hear the garbage truck and all the deliveries to the surrounding establishments.

Location was excellent. In the middle of town

Minor maintenance on fixtures and fittings needed attention. Baggage lift was out of order but staff assisted with baggage. There is no passenger lift.

Fantastic stay. Above & beyond expectations. 1br room 213 was huge, spa was divine. Five stars

Reception not manned but had no issues to warrant any contact. Tad noisy in evening from hotel downstairs which has entertainment nightly

The accommodation is in the perfect location, everything is walking distance to a wide choice of restaurants and little shops in the heart of Port Douglas with ample free underground car parking.

In the week we stayed, we saw staff once at reception, so totally lacked that interaction between the guest and hotel. I am aware that there was other Mantra's nearby that had staff at reception if we needed them however still feel like this lets down the guests staying in this particular accommodation. The rooms needed some maintenance and a good clean, small pool area that had overgrown palm trees surrounding it so the pool was full of the little seeds. Overall it was still a pleasant stay, however if we return i will be booking elsewhere.

The perfect location! The room was a dual key 2 bedroom with spa bath. It was so spacious. The rooms are at the back of the Courthouse hotel and the sound proofing is really good!

The stairs… if you’re not a fan, book the first floor.

A little noisy from the nearby pubs but a set of ear plugs and not an issue. In many ways a benefit as sat on balcony and enjoyed a drink listening to the music
