Great customer service! Friendly & professional. Good view of the city. Location was perfect as it’s in between Fortitude Valley & the city. Elevators were fast.

The room smelt a bit musty. There were obvious stains on the carpet. No toilet brush in the bathroom, exhaust fan was not working. The room I stayed in had 2 doors, the first door led to a small area/hallway with a washing machine and two doors one for my room & another for the room next door (which was also occupied)…I think this was to share the washing machine. However it’s not ideal to share a small enclosed entryway with strangers during covid times. Car park area was VERY tight, there were only about 5 car parks in the whole 4 levels of car park that visitors could actually use (the others were private car parks).

The check-in staff were lovely. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was good value for money and our view was also very nice. The location is handy if you want to be situated between the CBD and the Valley, it's a better priced alternative if you want access to Howard Smith Wharves without the price of Howard Smith Wharves.

It can be a bit of hike from Central or Fortitude Valley and the attached restaurant was called (but I suspect that's Covid's fault). The bathroom seemed a lot older than the rest of the room. It was a reasonable size but there were a few cracks.

The lady on reception was especially helpful - even though she was on crutches she did her utmost to be super attentive :)

Bathroom wasn’t really that clean. Lots of “man hairs” in there… the blanket in the cupboard which you obviously need to use as there is only a sheet on the bed was dirty also. One other thing is that the parking isn’t included in the accommodation price and if you do choose to park… it’s not a fun experience lol. You’ll understand if you ever try it lol many an insurance excess in that car park.

Location was superb, it provided easy walking access to Brisbane CBD, and we walked to the Roma Gardens and wharf walks restaurants. Able to mix dining in room and dining out thanks to the facilities provided.

Had room on 23rd level, great views, but my wife realised she has mild vertigo.

Cups and cutlery were lovely, great views, nice room,plenty hot water

There was no parking available which we traveled for 2 hrs and then had to park away from hotel, which was exhausting at the end of our drive, we just wanted to get there and be settled and even though it was $the same I was worried about the $and my car the whole time

balcony view was great, close to the train station, staff was very accommodating for a very early check-in.

The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

We ran out of toilet paper, no spare rolls available in the room. we had to collect spare roll from reception, it was not delivered to our room. The room had some form of white powder over the shelf in the kitchenette. Assumably not cleaned properly after last occupant.

living area was compact but still roomy, much better than a standard hotel room. small balcony offered some fresh air and city views. we didn’t utilise the kitchen facilities as our stay was only short but was great to have as an option

bathroom was quite small however I would prefer that and a larger sitting area

Room space and comfortable beds

Asked for the second room as a twin and was left as a double. Also having booked 2 rooms and they where on different floors our key cards would not allow us to visit each other so would have to go to ground floor.

The view was amazing. Good facilities- everything you really need for a stay. The location is great- super convenient to the valley and the city. The reception staff were friendly.

The spa in the common area was broken and it wasn't able to be fixed during our stay. The bath in our room had spa jets with some of the covers were missing and damaged which didn't make it look like you want to use it. The bed as 2 singles pushed together. When giving feedback to the property, I got a very defensive and rude email from the hotel: probably wouldn't stay there again because of that.
