Eatons Hill Hotel

Good location with plenty of food options nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows. rooms have nice views overall. Employees are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Showers are great flow and water is real hot right at the start. Covered parking is plentiful, safe and has easy access from the lobby. While I skipped breakfast at the hotel, I had some very good lattes and cappuccinos in the bar area.

did not care for the dark color walls in the corridors and the lack of light in them, very dark in there. The rooms were clean but attention to detail could have been better, dusting for example. The bedroom doors are very heavy, which could be a plus for safety, but are loud when they close resulting in a lot of unnecessary noise in the evening and early at night. The gym is rather basic and does not have an elliptical machine, only one treadmill available.

Upon entering your venue, I was greeting from your lovely staff member with a warm smile. She was extremely polite and helped me with all of my questions. I loved how spacious the apartment was and loved the dark hallways through out, sets a very sophisticated feel.

Being a penthouse apartment, I did expect a little bit of a higher standard. These are just a few suggestions that I feel will make future clients feel appreciated and happy. 1. Providing bath robes and slippers 2. Small chocolates on the pillows of the beds as a welcome and a thankyou for booking with you 3. Up to date and in condition cooking utensils 4. Bath salts for the bathtub in the main bedroom

We stayed here to attend a great concert (Noah Reid) at the venue on the grounds. If you're in town for a gig at the venue, then it's perfect. There's a supermarket downstairs, cafes and restaurants (booking essential on live event nights), and your room is above the concert hall.

There were some upgrade works being conducted on the ceiling of the pool area which I'm sure would otherwise be really nice. It's right by the carpark to the adjacent shopping complex but it still achieves an 'escape' feeling despite its location. Heated and crystal clean water.

The staff were friendly and the location excellent. A great room for a business travellor

Lighting - both in the rooms and corridors. It was too dark even with the lights on. You were constantly in darkness. Only one chair in the room and tiny desk. This would have made it hard to have room service as the only place to sit was on the bed. The room also only had 2 wine glasses, no champagne glasses The room configuration, was a little small (as there is a very large bathroom included in the space). If I wanted to play cards etc with my partner there was nowhere to do so. The bed was comfortable but too soft for me personally Terrible pillows. Too low and too soft and no extra ones in the room.

The hotel is in emaculate condition, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. I really loved that you were able to connect your phone to the TV to watch your own streaming services. Bathrooms were clean and bed was comfy. Great size rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Great location with shops and restaurants on the block. Breakfast was delish. We stayed in this location to see my favourite band, not only did we see them we got to hang out with them after the concert as they stayed at that hotel, I'll remember this hotel for a long time to come.

The location is fabulous with so many food and entertainment options available. Free secure parking is great. the room is spacious, clean and so delightfully quiet.

First and foremost this is a lovely hotel I enjoyed my stay and will more than likely stay here again. However to pick on one thing is the size of the beds for the price and the quality feel of the hotel. For an establishment that has helicopter parking down stairs to only have extra large double beds and not king size at a minimum is almost laughable. There is space in the room for this.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find somewhere to stay with no notice. We called at 8am and the wonderful Beatrice had us in a room by 8.30. She was incredible! The hotel itself is super conveniently located underneath a small open shopping centre with a Woolworths, a chemist, Grill’d, a cafe, a bakery, etc., all accessible by elevator, which was also fantastic. Our room was comfy and clean, with a great big bathroom and huge mirror. The TV allowed us to Chromecast super easily which made for a perfect rest day!

The staff were customer service oriented and were very friendly! Every staff member I made contact with was exceptional. Front desk man who checked me in was very nice and Ashley, bartender Pasang is perfect for the job! My son apologised to the house keeper about all the crumbs and she was very kind and understanding! Free safe parking is an amazing asset! Close enough to the city too! Access to the shopping center is a plus. The choice of restaurants is quite good also. I will definitely stay here again!!

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room that we stayed in was much bigger than was expected which was a nice experience. There is a pool and fitness room but we didnt get to check that out in the time that we were there.

In the room that we stayed there was a hotel/pub close by that had a nightclub that was a little unexpected and loud but lucky for us we are late sleepers. So maybe double check this when staying as the staff are happy to move you

Loved the styling of the hotel, the dark hallways were very cool, the staff were friendly, the location was great for attending a gig at the ballroom across the road, nice private bar and bed was super comfortable!

Was pretty disappointed with our room this time around (have stayed here once before and the room was great) - it was like a dungeon, hardly any natural light as it only had half a window due to a roof outside where a full window would have been, so had absolutely no view… and there was a horrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom which made the whole room smell, so we had to close the bathroom door to stop it coming through. This room was definitely not worth $239 for the night and should have been discounted. My sister and brother-in-law had a room around the corner which had a beautiful view of a lagoon, so feel we were ripped off, as we paid the same.
