- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book!

- WiFi was patchy in our room - the hotel doesn't have a diaper changing facility. You have to go back to your room to change a baby's diaper. Very odd. They should put one in the kids club. - curtains and sofas in the villa (6530) had stains and need refreshing - had to pay extra for 'western' coffee at the breakfast buffet. Only Vietnamese coffee is included.

We booked two villas as we were travelling with families. Receptionist who looked after us was great and understanding as she was able to find villas close to each other for us by providing an upgrade from 2 bed to 3 bed villas which we appreciated and made our stay together much easier.

Villa has full kitchen but no cookware, plates or cutleries. When asked for a pan to cook we were told it'll come at a cost which was shocking.

Enjoyed our 5 days / 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is very child friendly, and the facilities are great. The beach was clean and very well-kept. A nice beach to relax and play in the water. The villa pool and the main pool by the lobby are also very nice. The Kidz Club is also a great place to take your little ones for a play break after breakfast or before lunch. The staffs are also very responsive to our needs. The tuktuk arrives very quickly whenever we order it. Not so sure whether it is because we are coming on a not-busy season and the fact that our villa is very close to the lobby, or it is just that good. But overall, we are very satisfied with how responsive the staffs are to our needs. The villa itself is amazing and is LITERALLY HUGE! I think it is at least 100sqm by itself. Very spacious, very grand, and comfortable. We really enjoy the villa and the amenities provided. Vinwonders is literally < 5 minutes from the property. You can walk there, but there will always be a bus or a tuktuk that can send you there. Vin Safari is also nearby although it takes a longer ride.

Just like other guests complaint, it is funny that they have this complete kitchen, but without any of the cooking utensils. At least I would expect there would be a few pans and cooking utensil, some plates, forks and spoons. I think it will be much better for them to provide a microwave rather than a 3 burner stove. Much more useful, since they do not provide any of the utensils. We are only provided with an electric kettel, a couple of glasses and mugs, which are standard for a room-based property. But this is a villa. We ordered to room service meals. Unfortunately the taste are just so so. Tasted like a warm-up meals, not freshly cooked.

Gorgeous villa on a beautiful beach. The villa itself is huge and very spacious. It's close to VinWonders and Vin Safari which were great days out for the children. We used the villa pool every day and also used the resort pool a few days. The weather was stunning whilst we were there and we enjoyed Christmas.

We asked for some extra amenities and felt that it took staff a long time to organise these items to the villa. It was Christmas and we wanted to celebrate and asked for 4 wine glasses. They could only provide 2 and said if we wanted 2 more, we'd be charged for rental. Bearing in mind, the villa was a 3-bedroom villa booked for 6 people, I thought this was quite unacceptable. We also had a problem with the pricing of the Christmas Eve gala which was sorted whilst we were dining that night, quite unprofessional. We understand that is was a very busy time however mistakes were made quite a lot. We even received an email after checking out about a price discrepancy.

We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Wonderworld from the beginning until the end. The location was great with tuk tuk to transport within the resort and tram to Vinwonder and Grand World. We reserved a spacious and ocean view villa and totally enjoyed it. The beach was nice within walking distance from the back of the villa. The breakfast buffet was terrific with a variety of choices. The staff was polite and responsive quickly to any request. We retrieved our lost tablet with the prompt assistance from the lobby staff. Nothing else could have made it a better experience and we definitely will come back in the future.

We stayed in a 3br villas with ocean view. The villa was nice, spacious and clean. It is good that they could arrange the baby cot (free) for us (which many hotels in Vietnam don’t have this option). We had an issue with one of the staff but it was resolved quickly and the manager (male) was okay to talk to. Buffet breakfast was good, variety options but they offered same dishes for everyday (we stayed there 5 days). My kids love the kid’s indoor playroom, it is nice and clean, they used the playroom almost every day when we stayed there. They organised the airport and pick up services very well and it is free. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

The staff couldn’t speak English well, even basic communication.

The property had great facilities, such as private pool, breakfast variety and access to private beach (which was perfect and clean, as the hotel tuk tuk service takes you there for free and pick you up when you’re ready). The staff were always friendly.

The resort is located quite far from Phu Quoc town centre and you will require a Grab taxi to get there, as the hotel does not offer this service. It would be great if this service was offered for tourists to experience the town centre and food choices/restaurants in town via shuttle bus or tuk tuk service.

It was very clean, staff were accommodating and very helpful. The view and location was perfect for those who wants to live meters from the beach. Exceptional service in terms of driving us to and from places. Food was above average, wide selection which can cater to everyone. However, food selections for buffet should be rotated so that it doesn’t feel repetitive eating the same types of food. That they were late with our villa when we arrived upon check in time, however, we received a gift as a form of apology. No utensils unless requested to staffs.

Great service and hospitality by the staff, everything was very efficient, from the check-in to buggy service to breakfast, all very organised. Resort was also very clean, breakfast was good with lots of variety, room was very huge and spacious! Love that it's so close to all the themepark attractions and free shuttle included. Beach was fantastic and clean waters.

The interior of the rooms looked a little aged, may need a little upgrade in the furnitures. Dinner at Taras was poor, food quality and taste could have been better.

Pool villas are very big, swimmingpool is big enough and not too deep, so you don't need to worry for the kids if they can swim. There are a lot of tuk tuks, so moving around is very easy. Beach is almost empty. Breakfast is great.

Internet is very poor. Outside of the buffet, there is only one restaurant, so variety of food is not that much.
