The service, facilities and the food are impeccable. complimentary , high end buffet. This is the best we have ever had. Both of our rooms during our stay are wonderful, even alcohol and exotic drinks are complimentary and also can be refilled everyday. The view ,infinity pool , beach are incredibly amazing. Everyone from Hotel are friendly, attentive and very helpful. They offered impeccable services. Definitely will come back in the near future.

The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!

The monsoon rain.

Our favourite resort we have been to. The service, amenities and the room was very well thought out. The list of available amenities as well as things to borrow was endless. Communication via WhatsApp made everything very easy for whatever we needed. There was no shortage of pools and areas to relax. The buffet was incredible, had the best warm mini croissants! And I could eat the noodle soups everyday! We also went on the resort catamaran which was an amazing experience. The bed was extremely comfortable. The decor and bathroom was also perfect. We did not want to leave!

Only thing would be we wished there was a better spot we could have snorkelled around when we were on the catamaran.

The staff went beyond the call of duy - the design style of the hotel was outstanding - really one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Vietnam.

There really is nothing I can fault about the staff, style, food, beverage, vibe, location by the beach, of the overall standards of this hotel are world-class.

Everything about Regent was unbelievable from check in to check out.That was possibly one of the best resorts I stayed in.The place has a lot to offer with many swimming pools including the infinity pool at the 10th floor with breathtaking views.There were also variety of restaurants that offered wide variety of food.The breakfast in particular was amazing.The staff were extremely helpful.They were always there to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay.The rooms overlooking the ocean were massive and quite comfortable with spacious balcony which was well furnished in case you wanted to stay in and enjoy a chat with family or friends over a cup of tea or coffee

Exceptional breakfast, the best I have ever had in any hotel. The rooms are really modern and comfortable as is the whole property. The rooftop pools were great and also the amenities. Management were very present and ensured we had a great stay.

The way the beds were reserved with towels each morning and no one sitting on them for hours. This should be more strict. Also the English of the staff I would have expected to be better in a 5 star resort, there were a lot of mix ups ordering.

I’ve been traveling to many amazing places with great hotels and exceptional services, but the Regent Phu Quoc is definitely among the best i’ve ever been. Congratulations to the management for the impeccable service the entire staff is providing at every contact point with their guests. Hats down for what they have accomplished. I am a very demanding customer and i don’t give out praise lightly, but the people at Regent Phu Quoc fully deserve it.

What a magical place! We didn’t want to leave ! The hotel is even more beautiful in reality versus the gorgeous pictures online. The food was varied and excellent. The sunset on the beach or from the rooftop pool is to die for. But that’s not the best part. What really marked the trip was the exceptional service. Special call out for Dora, F & B manager.

We are used to luxury travel and there is nothing to fault at this resort. The dynamic, young, almost 500 strong team deliver excellent service and are sincerely dedicated to ensuring an exceptional stay. We wholeheartedly recommend.

Our room was amazing! Thien, Katrina, Long, and Sharks to name a few were all wonderful. The food was delicious! Everything was very high class. The property is covered with great greenery. This is a must if visiting Vietnam. We loved finding the hidden Bar Jade!

The overpriced spa. Although the spa was great it wasn’t $535/person great. The food was fine but a bit over priced as well.

This resort has without a doubt exceeded our expectation by far. Beautiful rooms with a very great design, and the resort is ideally suited for a relaxing holiday. What makes this hotel extraordinary without a doubt are the people who work there. All of them - all levels up to the general manager. A very special thank you to Tham for the great food recommendations, without you we would have almost left without trying the really delicious Pho Bo. Ms Zung Do was incredibly professional. THANK YOU! She and her team made our stay without a doubt one of the best experiences on holiday. Great excursions organised and took care of every issue. We have not seen such a professional team in our many travels - it is sometimes the little touches that made us happy. Really highly recommended !
