Friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. The gent at breakfast buffet always engaged us each morning and tried to give us helpful ideas for things to do/places to see - he said his wife worked at the cable car attraction when I mentioned going there. Spacious room with gorgeous wood furniture. Lovely outside shower. Location was great; they share a driveway with Amarin so there's always a steady supply of Grabs to take you anywhere. Lots of restaurants and a laundromat and convenience stores within a short 3min walk when you exit the driveway and turn left. I had a fantastic shampoo at the massage place; best head massage ever! Breakfast was decent, not everything was the same every day.

Sheets and towels smelled funky - top sheet smelled like sweat from day 2 after the bed was made by housekeeping and fresh replacement towels smelled like smoke. Umbrella's were appreciated as it rained an entire day but they leaked due to holes in the plastic. The dividing wall in the bungalow was thin and most nights I heard the mum next door having a hard time getting her child to shower. It always ended with yelling and a crying child. Not the hotel's fault but the beach was very windy the entire 4 nights we were there. It may be a seasonal thing (travelled mid-Aug) but the wind made it impossible to sit on the sun loungers and unsafe to swim in the ocean.

A big thank you for the staff, always happy, smiling and going the extra mile. - they made sure my food was free from the things I'm allergic to - they ordered me Italian coffee from outside the resort - they gave me a flower at international women's day Breakfast was good, all the other food I had equally good. Small nice resort, good to chill at the pool and look at the beach

Not 5 stars because: Didn't feel the beach bungalow had the quality I expected for the price. Lots of small maintenance things are needed in the one I stayed. The bathroom floor wasn't clean when I checked in. The room was quite dark, not enough lights. Also a full length mirror or a mirror outside of the bathroom would make a big differences. Couldn't see if my make up was OK in the dark bathroom . The bicycles the Hotel offered are all almost broken and dangerous..better invest in some citybikes. Don't promise guess bicycles and then show them the rundown ones.

Not many guests there (April 23), so the place was very calm and quiet. Buffet breakfast, it'd be even better with more cheese and not so sweet fresh juice (added sugar?) and without ice (everyone can add it by themselves). Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free airport shuttle offered automatically by the receptionist!

Overpriced (when heaving only breakfast included). For the same money, you can have all inclusive in, e.g., Turkey. Loudly evening music from a neighboring beach. The resort offers scooter rentals, but I haven't found it on web, so I booked it from an external company in advance.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge. It was very clean there. Big variety of meals for breakfast (even though not all of them taste great and the vegetarian menu is rather limited). The hotel beach looks small, but there seemed to be enough places for everyone. The shower in our room started to leak, but we quickly got another room, so in the end it was no problem. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance. It takes just 10-15 minutes to get there from the airport.

The beach bar is good as such and has a long menu, but they need at least 10 to 30 minutes to get anything ready. This is no big deal, but this could be changed. Perhaps, this has something to do with the fact that the personnel looks quite exhausted and you see the same people working there daily from early morning till after midnight - the management should rather not save so much on the employees.

With its stunning location, comfortable rooms, fantastic food, and friendly staff, it truly is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.

We simply loved this place and for that reason we extended our stay for another two nights. We really liked super nice staff - shuttle bus driver, receptionists and all waitress and waiters. The place has also great restaurant with super tasty food and drinks. We loved the location and private beach and swimming pool. Free shuttle bus was just an extra bonus.

If I have to mention one negative thing, it’s mosquitoes. There are everywhere and super annoying! I killed 12 in 4 nights in our room, please build a mosquito nest in rooms.

Excellent value for money. This is my third time to Phú Quốc and this resort was by far the best I've stayed at. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient. The resort is conveniently located on the west side of the island, making for dramatic sunsets. Reasonably priced minibar menu. Happy hour 3 for 2 cocktails. The resort is tastefully decorated. Bed are exceptionally comfortable. Wide selection of buffet items at breakfast time. Friendly, conscientious and attentive staff.

Nothing. This resort really surpassed my expectations.
