Ayla Bawadi Hotel

I liked that it’s near to bawadi mall you can go to the mall from outside the hotel and from inside the hotel, which was good, they were very nice staff to manage our rooms together and helped us to be near to each other of our family

I didn’t like my bedsheets was smelly a little bit which was annoying me to be honest, also the bathrooms .. in general were i went also to my family rooms , the bathrooms need to be renovated and more clean.

One of the finest hotel in the area. Sauna, steambath and jacozi were amazing. Clean, modern and uptodate rooms. Nice breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurant options.

Staff were a little shaky. Delayed phone pickup time. Massage rate was very expensive and no discount was available for couples.

Hotel , decorations and room size

Unwanted calls from reception, this is the second stay for me. But this time they called to confirm checking in timing and the called for checking out. it's disturbing i seriously thought something is wrong when they called driving for checking in and watching movie for checking out. kindly don't tell me this is the policy because this is the second time i visit same year. What if i checked in late? you've my details and my card you can deduct from it if i didn't show up. Even for checkout i checked out 11:20am because of this so uncomfortable. I love this hotel for relaxation but this time I wasn't comfortable at all. * Increase the pressure of water hose in toilet.

The room was clean and spacious. Wide screen tv and comfortable chairs. Big bathtub. Toiletries. No view outside. Window was partly covered for privacy as it was facing the loading space for the mall. Mall is connected to the hotel. Door leading to the mall is through the reception area of the hotel. Restaurant is located on the ground floor. Breakfast was okay. No valet parking. Staff were all friendly and polite. Good customer service

I liked everything on my stay especially the behaviour of staffs the way they welcome and assisted to check in explaining about their property and facilities on property and accommodating us with complete satisfaction and support. I was assisted by the front office staff Rose. She is really one of a asset for Ayla group. The way she greet me treat me assisted me all was so good and marvellous.

Room moderate size but very modern and comfortable Clean and tidy, with minifridge, lights controller from your bedside and very quite facilities were good but no shade at the pool so very hot and sunny

Coffee at the breakfast is horrible, because in made with an automated machine and is a very shame as they got a great Italian Expresso machine at the bar counter but that coffee is just for paid customers that will ordered during the lunch, afternoon or evening meals. The lifeguard at the pool was very restricted in every move that my son was doing, especially in the kid pool that is meant to be for them. No run, no jump, no splash, no split, no stroke. So a 3 yrs old kid must stay put, inside a kid pool that by the way is not covered presenting no shade with scorching sun on your head
