Aloft Al Ain

The room was very spacious, with a decent view on Al Ain Square. The staff generally had a very good attitude and were making efforts to deliver good customer service. The design of the hotel is interesting. Good views from the pool terrace.

The bar food was average and most people were smoking shisha, despite there being a dedicated shisha bar downstairs, so we weren't able to enjoy a drink and some food without all the smoke disturbing us. The additional single bed was extremely hard, despite the main bed being very soft, this is the case in many hotels for some bizarre reason.

The location is excellent, the vibes of the hotel and the decors are good.

I didn’t like that there is a shortage of staff (specially the guys who take the laguages). Also, parking staffs should be present as it is a not really organized parkings. Moreover, I asked for late checkout plenty of times until they agreed to extend to 3pm. I explained my situation that I need to do late checkout first because I will be coming more often to the hotel (I’m studying in university and my home town is Abu Dhabi, so I will be coming a lot to Alain and I really want to stay in Aloft) and second I have meetings online and my next class will be at 5pm. I’m only asking for late checkout until 4pm.

I was pleasantly surprised because it was my first stay in Al Ain. It was a very relaxing and invigorating break, its right next door the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium so great for events. It has excellent facilities, rooftop pool, restaurant and DJ at night, its fun. Also next door to the Aloft are many great restaurants and cafes... Easy access in with your car and easy access out. Highly recommended.

No faults at the Aloft Hotel.... I am a frequent flyer and I stay in a lot of hotel and I highly recommend the Aloft Al Ain.

Great central location with nice eating spots around,, really good value for money, spacious rooms

It is part of a stadium so it can busy if there's an important match on the same day. And this can be positive if you're going there for the match but negative if you're there for anything else, the entrance to the hotel gets busy during the time of the match, fans come to the lobby looking for players and what not. Do you might want to carefully check the dates if this bothers you

The manager was really nice and kind.

The room color is very depressing, I highly recommend whoever is having trouble with depression to not consider this hotel. Moreover, the AC smells like fish market. Also, the insulation is bad, I was annoyed by a room service employee that was knocking on my neighbor, her voice was not loud but due to poor insulation she sounded like she was knocking on my room, and because my neighbor was not answering she had to keep knocking over and over and over.

Hotel location is excellent. Starbucks is around 150m away with easy access from the hotel. The hotel is clean with very comfortable beds. Plenty of covered car park with many Tesla parking with available chargers. There is also a 24hr snacks shop in G floor with variety of food choices and coffees. Lastly, Ahmed from the front desk (at night shift on 06/06/23 when I checked in around 11pm) is very professional. it appeared that I had double booking for the same time, he resolve things in one minute!!

The hotel is very well priced great value for money. Everyone was pleasant in the hotel. It is well placed close to the stadium and restaurants but its quiet and you are not disturbed. Al Ain is a very beautiful city . The room was very clean and well laid out. The hotel is n a popular area but its not too busy and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. I have stayed here before and I would stay here again

Great location for the event I was in Al Ain to attend - only 10 minutes away from the Al Ain Cycling Track. Nice and quiet too, and a very comfortable bed, for those needing a good night's sleep

Multiple TV channels were not working due to a network issue that was not fixed whilst I was there. TV's "Connect my Device" also did not work so also could not stream via my phone.

Staff very helpful great location S there are number of coffee shops and eateries the area. Site is also close to a mall and taxi drivers know where the hotels. Ypu can do getting most tpurist sites in under 20 min.

Staff in diner maybe was new but did not knowhow make British style tea. Also iorderedvegetarian noodles got chicken noodles that said the Di ingredients area manager quickly fixed problem

I have stayed in Aloft India and it was very pleasant, same as my experience in Dubai

What I didnt like was the experience I had when we ordered for room service. I did not feel the courtesy expected of someone who worked in the front desk. It seems that the person who was answering the calls that time did not like the idea that he has to take menu orders.
