no explanation about facilities/breakfast, v load music by the pool on the first day for no reason, bathrooms very poor condition- taps, flushers etc barely working.

The best thing was the pool, it was big, clean and pleasant in the sun.
I was moved 4 times to different rooms because of damage and the cleanliness of various things, which made things stressful and because there was a language barrier it made understanding some things even more stressful

Worst hotel i stayed in. Dirty rooms and shower. I was with my disabled son who they put into another part of the hotel. They cant speak english, so using google translator was frustrating. Even the chap that helped me with the bags had to write 'tip' on the translator.

Grim and depressing. Totally rundown. No hot water. Staff tried to charge us for extra bed despite room booking being for 3. Bathroom bin full of rubbish, toilet paper run out. Smells of stale smoke. Avoid.
