Marigold Thermal & Spa Hotel Bursa

The main hotel attraction is two swimming pools with hot natural water (41 degrees), pools are working from early morning to late evening, very good. Staff is very friendly, cleaning service is very good, breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent . We got what we have expected, that is the hotel for relaxation, it is placed not in a city center, so the air is fresh, but the nearest metro station is not close, the region around hotel is not so convenient for walking because all roads are with slope.

I have couple minor remarks. Not all personal (even on the reception) speak good enough English, also hotel do not provide standard information about buses routes, local attractions, maps and so on.

We stayed at thid hotel 29.12.2023 - 01.01. 2024. The staff is great. They helped in everything. Good location. Check in was very fast!. The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The thermal pool was good. The gentleman who assisted with luggage was most friendly and helpful, assisted us to book ferry tickets etc.

We booked a hamaam treatment and it was mist disappointing after having done this in Turkey before. No oils were used,the therapist was tired and rushed and didn't even condition my hair (compared to my friend in the adjacent room). There was no shelf or drawer to place our belongings in and my phone fell from the spot the therapist found! I was then stranded with no phone for the rest of my trip! Therapist or hotel did not offer any compensation.

I have stayed 2 days and I have totally forgotten all the stress and the tiredness of the whole year already. From room service to reception personnel, everybody welcomes you with a big smile and kindness trying their hardest for your comfort. When you enter the room you can smell and feel the cleanness. Towels, bathrobes, single-use slippers, bed, pillows are thoroughly considered for the most relaxing and stress-free holidays. All wellness area is spotlessly clean and the atmosphere is carefully designed for relaxing. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. I am definitely going back.....

there is absolutely nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was very welcoming and all spoke English.. They gave my family and I connecting rooms and welcomed us with fruits in our rooms. Breakfast was good. Location was also good.

Couldnt find availability to use spa massage and turkish bath scrub for booking before check out. It was fully booked.

I loved everything but if there was just one thing I would want a normal indoor pool instead of 2 thermal pool. But hotel is fantastic and I would only stay here if you I visited bursa again

Very friendly staff. Internet is working well in all areas. Parking a car is organized by hotel staff in an excellent way. As a guest of the hotel, you can use swimming pool, sauna etc. Very nice roof bar with the city view.

Quite expensive drinks in the bar. Breakfast could have more choices. The neighboring area is nothing special; not many restaurants or sightseeing.

I liked the cleanliness, excellent location , great spa. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Great help and smile faces especially Mrs Kumyaka in reception. They upgraded my reservation to a suite free of charge. Definitely this 5 star hotel will be my favorite in Bursa

nice thermal SPA, clean, helpful and polite staff, comfortable rooms, the receptionist manager was so kind and the customer crevices ( Mohammed) he take care for us and respond for any remark.

- breakfast staff are bad, especially the egg chef. - you can hear any body walk in the corridor. - without swimming pool. - the elevator is too small.

Rooms weren't ready when arrived as mixed up booking. Thought 2 singles not 2 doubles. Sorted quickly. Air con a problem in 1 room. Hairdresser wants very good!
