LOTUSPARK HOTEL

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All our needs were met and they exceeded our expectation with their kindness. A big thank you to them! The room was immaculately clean and the size was good. This hotel is just like the photos. The location amazing! Could not have been any better. Close to food, shops, bus, tram everything! We felt very safe at Lotuspark. (The photos added to this review are not great because I had to take screenshots off a video)

There is nothing we didn't like! There were some issues with the air conditioner in our room but were given a fan which was enough for us.

It's a good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is just perfect: right in the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a shopping mall at hand. It's possible to park a car not far from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English. The room is comfortable, well designed and complies with standard hotel expectations.

Cleaning should be improved. The electric kettle and the fridge were really dirty inside, so I had to clean them on my own. The floor also needs better maintenance. I would also recommend adding some European food to breakfast because for us there was not much to eat.

This young hotel is in a very good location in Bursa. The access to shopping centers, the bazaar, the Grand Ulu Mosque, cabs and the metro are exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they also offered to store our luggage after we checked out. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. The value for money for this hotel is phenomenal! It also has a beautiful and welcoming lobby that make you feel like you 'arrived'. The breakfast is on the rooftop and includes a beautiful view of Mt. Ulu.

There is nothing negative to say about this tay, everything was perfect as it should be. The breakfast is very solid but it could contain a little more vegetables, that's all!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, behind zafar plaza which was conveniant to us .hotel price was quite handy given the fact of inflation hitting the pocket of tourist & the local .. new hotel as it has been in the market for 4 months .

It seems there are experoancing hot water problem as i had a share of showring semi cold water in my 3 nights stay in the hotel . Breakfast is below average .. They need to work out on the two to have a tick all over

Location is amazing, everything is close, including metro and bus station.

This is very minor, but the TV is switched on every time you enter the room. It turnes off after 5 minutes, but it is still a little annoying. And also during the night, blue light on TV can't be turned off, and it illuminates directly onto the bed. Just an option to unplug it completely would be amazing.

Location was absolutely amazing, very close to many shopping areas and landmarks. Affordable restaurants nearby. Bed was comfy.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom, suspect the heat causing the sewer to smell. The sheet we were given was tiny. Got a next one by request. Parking is hard to find, and is paid. No mini-fridge in room. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write about.

the bathroom was small and narrow, uncomfortable, with a blocked drain, unkempt, moldy and gave the impression of not being well cleaned even though it was, the water was to hot or to cold, hard to make it normal for taking a shower

Amazing staff Eyub was very friendly and helpful. He helped to make my stay very pleasant and comfortable. Location was brilliant very close to the historic centre and only a few mins walk to the bus stop. To top it off the breakfast which was included was excellent with a range of options that were very delicious and healthy.

The location is amazing, it’s near to the most famous attractions of the city bursa, it’s also near to the metro and bus stations. we loved how nice and welcoming the person in charge of the restaurant, she was very nice to us and checked every time if we needed something, we felt very loved and welcomed. we will definitely be back to lotus

This hotel was perfect. Friendly staff clean. Good breakfast . Perfect location for trams busses shopping and to go to uludag mountains. Recommended very highly. I had to extend my stay. We were happy!!!! Kayor helped us with everything even airport transfers. Thanks a lot. We will be back next year
