They are surrounded by beautiful garden with many paths, animals to watch and plants. They really taking care of the gardens , we could see a lot of people working there. We checked in super quick , room was big , sunny with the lake view. We used also swimming pool, which was clean.All the staff starting with the reception, cleaners, all breaking staff and people who were looking after the gardens were very polite and nice. We booked for 3 nights but we extended our stay as it is super relaxing environment. The breakfast was good as well with many choices, mostly Asian food but also there is a choice of European food. Big thank you to all staff. Who are working hard . We really enjoyed our stay.

In my opinion the swimming pool could have more chairs .

I stayed here just for a night to attend Yi Peng festival. The staff were very accommodating the place is very huge it has a lot to offer. It has everything. They will offer you tour around but I prefer walking alone which is very ideal with the accommodation. Breathe with the nature

I dont know, I have a weird feeling while I' m trying to sleep. I think because the location is very isolated. I prefer a softer bed also the lighting fixtures in the room is kinda dated already. I really appreciate if you provide insect repellent in your toiletries

A lovely hotel in beautiful and spacious surroundings. All very well looked after.I was in a standard room and it was modern and airy... lovely bed with HUGE pillows 😀

They REALLY need to up their poolside game! 3 large pools, one pool had one sunbed and one umbrella, another had a lounger on its last legs, and the third had some adirondack style chairs. Such a shame and I'm really puzzled given how much care and attention to detail had been given to the rest of the hotel and grounds 🤔

Very nice resort, big and pleasant, with plenty of activities within and not far either from the city center and the countryside leisure areas. Not too busy for the time of the year. Good staff. Breakfast and meals good quality.

The "zoo" was basically animals in cages. Not too pleasant. Even ducks could not wander around on the many water ponds. There was only one restaurant available, with very few tables. Not all the food on the menu was available, but the quality was correct.

This hotel is a 100 acres (300 Rai) garden. This has to be the largest garden hotel on planet earth. You can swim, run, and bike around the park. There is no other place like this. Amazing breakfast and thanks to this place for its millions of trees that help clean the air of this city. We rate this place 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone. There are cats, ostriches, buffaloes, deer, parrots and peacocks at this hotel

The room was comfortable and spacious. It is a quiet location with huge grounds and places to enjoy peace and quiet. The ponds and gardens are very tranquil. The location is fantastic as it is right next door to the botanic gardens providing easy access and a pleasant place for exercise and something fun to do. The swimming pools are great too.

The room attendants became lazy when it came to servicing my room. A few times they just hung a plastic bag on the front of my door with towels and other items to restock without actually checking what I needed and failing to empty the garbage bins. Also, one night I think I was probably the only guest I rang for a meal for room service only to be told that this was not available, meaning I had to leave the facility to find dinner that night. I would have appreciated being told beforehand that room service was unavailable.

The surroundinga with the botanical garden and zoo was wonderful.and I loved the swimming pools! The room was spacious and had great reading lights and nice views.very helpful friendly staff.

I was disappointed by thy breakfast as it was just a big buffet set in a large air con hall. Would have preferred quality over quantity and with outside seating but guess for Asians that's what they prefer...

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, well furnished with a very comfortable bed. The gardens were even better than we were expecting. An excellent hotel for company employees and families with children.

We were disappointed that our reporting of the room safe being locked by previous guests was not resolved and the wifi was very intermittent causing a degree of frustration.

The surrounding gardens are amazing! We visited this place as we thought it could be fun for our daughter of just 8 and could not have been pleased more. The gardens are very well kept and beautiful!

The rooms themselves are quite basic and impersonal. One can tell this property is likely often visited for bigger events and perhaps less so by travellers. As such the restaurant also seems to be designed for bigger groups and is not very nice. Regretfully however there are not many other options in the neighbourhood. What should also be mentioned is that while the gardens are kept super well the petting zoo really needed attention (both animals and enclosures)!

The room is big and clean, the bed is really comfy. The breakfast foods are really good and there are a lot of different types of food. There is also a mini zoo and huge garden that is free to enter.

The breakfast location is a bit far for walking
