Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai

‏We are a couple traveling for a month in Thailand for our honeymoon and this is the best hotel we have been to! If you come to the Chiang Mai area, don't miss it! ‏ We stayed at the pool villa and didn't want to leave so we booked an extra night. ‏ The hotel is amazing in its beauty, but what really made our stay is the amazing staff there who studied our needs and always knew what we wanted ahead of us. ‏Special thanks to Mr. Prime or as we called him Mr Supreme! who gave us personal attention and the feeling that we always have a friend here at the resort. Villas were surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, felt like we were waking up in nature everyday. Grounds were very well maintained, loved the paddy fields and farm. Hotel staff and service exceeded expectations. Everyone knew and addressed us by our individual names, they went above and beyond to delight and make our stay special. I was also pregnant and they took extra care of me, going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable even while visiting attractions outside the hotel. Hotel also offered complimentary experiences like rice planting and buffalo bathing which added to the richness of our holiday and experience.

Beautiful property, amazing garden, the paddy fields are beautiful. The pool and gym are amazing. Our room (upper terrace) was comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a four seasons. Best breakfast we had in Thailand. The staff were very friendly. the concierge service went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing to fault, except that the rooms, although kept in top condition feel a little dated in terms of the flooring and overal styling. Another minor point, the service at sunset in khoa restaurant was slow, took more than 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Both very minor points in an otherwise exceptional stay.

The food, service and overall scenery(including grounds and room) were outstanding

My only complaint was the quantity of tours that placed their customers there. The draw of this hotel is the scenic beauty and solitude surrounding a beautiful rice field. At the price that I paid, I expected to have the peaceful solitude and not the large groups drinking in the pool and at meals.

I liked everything about this hotel !!! Are you kidding, that was the best experience that I ever had.

the place was like a dream. The attention to details, the mannerism of the staff. The staff was respectful of our requests and preferences. The hotel was very accommodating and ensured ease of booking for us additional recommended external activities as per our request, and arranging our PCR trips. We were contacted by Mr Omkar, the Front Office Manager, who continually made sure our stay was tailored to us.

I felt the restaurant food was limited for my liking, and would have preferred if more Thai dishes were available, especially at the restaurant.

-Breakfast: salmon and hot choices (what I like) are not fresh at all. We were one week at InterContinental Kamala in Phuket, breakfast there has another level and we pay less :) -Lunch: we have ordered sandwiches and chicken nuggets, we must wait for 45 minutes, although there were only two table guests, and the food is not tasty.

This is a beautiful property from the minute you walk in. Go to this resort to completely relax and spend a few days on the resort itself. Lots of activities to do on property. Great for couples. About a 30 minute ride from Chiang Mai downtown. We were fine with this because we wanted an escape, but beware in case you want to be close to things.

Staff were attentive, room was clean, spacious and well layed out. Surprised did not see mosquitoes even though the room was near a pond. Good place to relax.

Would have given higher rating but did not see the value of money. Very limited Food Variety in morning buffet and in room dining quality is not consistant. In room Pool temprature was cold at night, took 2 nights to get it right. Room did not get cleaned one night, they send a message on watsup asking if they should clean the room while I was out with no internet access using the hotel transportation.

Simply magnificent. Marina and staff was very helpful. Views from room and around resort were so earthy. Loved the buffalos and the cultural farmer rice field singing in afternoon. Pool and hot spa were delightful. Service was top standard. Sitting out on balcony was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was very good.

Absolutely nothing cant find anything bad.
