everything was good except the singing at the beer gardens opposite the hotel. More practice drastically required. staff were extremely help full when I left my phone in a cab. i would stay again without question.

All are good but parking is superb. However, in my father's room, we had to call for cleaning in the afternoon for the 2nd night. I think because they have lack of staffs. However, all staffs at the front desk and the dining room are very friendly and helpful. We got upgrade rooms from booking. The room are bigger.

The rooms in Building B are more noisy than building A. My room and my sister room are 624 and 522 are more noisy than my father and my cousin room which are 623 and 621. My cousin's room 621, the window cannot be locked.

Breakfast was great. The staff very very pleasant. I was more than impressed when because I was badly affected by air pollution caused by seasonal burning I had to relocate and the hotel together with booking.com refunded nearly all the cost for my unused booked and paid for accommodation in the hotel. Very impressed.👍

I booked with Booking.com It was agreed that I would get discount of 20% for food and drink spent in the hotel. There must have been some communication problems between Booking.com and the hotel as there clearly were problems

great location, free bikes to use at the property and we luckily got to have an early check in from the night bus!

rooms are advertised with a stove in the apartment but you’re not allowed to use them for some reason. this was annoying as it was a big factor into why we booked this hotel. there was nothing to say on booking.com that you couldn’t use it. the people the hotel use to rent motorcycles from are very bad with pricing. it was 300baht for a day until 6pm (which doesn’t even cover dinner time) and we wanted it for 3 hours (3pm -6pm) and they couldn’t adjust the price accordingly. I would strongly recommend the hotel rent motorbikes off a company that is actually flexible.

Very comfortable large bed, great location (2 minute walk to Maya mall, 5 minute walk to One Niman with lots of bars restaurants and a night market & 30ish minutes into old town, or 200 baht tuk tuk). Daily cleaning with drinking water restocked

Booked a room with garden view but got a view of a next door hotel. Booked a suite with kitchen but were told that your not allowed to use the hob or cook in the room. Pool not worth mentioning, small & shallow and in the shade all day.

Lovely spacious room with a nice bathroom. Clean. A 5 minute walk from the mall that always had a stalls and activities outside (although this may be down to the Chinese new year.) Failing that, just a 15 minute bolt to the main square. Lovely area, felt safe and staff kept our bags after check out for the day for us.

Only 2 beds around the pool so when they were full there was no where to lay by the pool and there isn’t much sunlight, although having said this, we didn’t have time to sunbathe as we were busy anyway but just a note for those who would.

Breakfast buffet had very limited choices. Booked the room with prepayment required , however prepayment txn was not via Booking.com, hotel contacted me to request me to fill in the form with my credit card details + the pic of my card for the prepayment, it wasn’t very secure. it would be better if prepayment is charged via Booking.com

Especially, the problem is at night, but the super highway is close by, so you can hear car noise and music from nearby pubs. I feel cold because the pool is always in the shade. replace the sofa cushion in the room.

Excellent location for getting in and out of Chiang Main IF you have your own car or a rental. Next to Maya Mall which has a great food court and some good shops. Large spacious rooms will good refrigerators and excellent TVs.

It is a relatively long walk to the old town. This is not central to the walled city area, but has good access if you have a motorbike, cycle, or car.

We enjoyed the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, the early check-in, and the cozy bed.

We didn’t like small cold pool tucked between two buildings, away from the sun, and in direct view of the lobby and restaurant. It was not inviting to us (or to anyone) as nobody used it during our three night stay. We also didn’t like being placed in the secondary building when the main hotel felt empty. It was a very good stay overall nevertheless.
