Nice swimmingpool area and very clean hotel

Seams like the staff hates its job. The recepcionist didn't explain anything we even had to ask where we can find our room. On the day of the check out we asked her for a taxi and she was totally unhappy to organize us one. She asked several times if we 'really' need it. Also if you like to sleep during the night this is not your hotel. The hotel staff is really loud and they screamed and laught until 2 am every day and started again at 7 am. The first time we were scared because we thought something happened and asked them what was going on. After we realized nothing had happened but they continued we ask to stop but nothing happened. We would never come back to a place like that which is a pitty because the facilities where nice.

Staff is amazing, especially the man working at the restaurant. So I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service he has provided during my stay here. His constant kindness, warm smile and caring approach have made my experience truly memorable. His positive attitude and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere have not gone unnoticed. It is evident that he goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. His exceptional customer service has made a significant impact on my stay, and I want to thank him you for his outstanding efforts. Thank you for making my time in this hotel so enjoyable. His positive presence has undoubtedly contributed to the overall excellence of my stay !

Very clean great facilities and Service all round

Everything. We liked and enjoyed everything about this hotel. Excellent big rooms, very clean, very organized, friendly and polite staff. Location was also perfect to travel around and explore the city by car (very affordable prices) and walking. No complaints. It is an A+++ hotel that exceeded our expectations (looks much better in person than in the pictures! and don't let the humble street/road entrance trick you, its beautiful inside). Also, their breakfast is super affordable and perfect. Unlimited coffee and drinks too. 100% would come back.

It is impeccably clean and the room is made up almost like new everyday (if you want). Facilities are quite good with a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch restaurant, small pool, gym etc.. the things you would expect in a larger hotel. All staff were very friendly and pleasant although sometimes they couldn't answer quite basic enquiries (such as local transport etc) but this is a minor thing. All in all a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

It is a half hour walk into the centre but there are all sorts of facilities nearby and I knew this when I booked. As it is a larger hotel it can be a little impersonal and other guests tended to keep to themselves, perhaps not the best place for a solo traveller if you like to meet people.

Great hotel with everything we needed. Good location. There are some good food options at the hotel and nearby. Close to Maya Shopping Centre and Chiang Mai old town markets. In a quiet area, tucked away from the noise of the city. Small pool that we had to ourselves most of the time!

The restaurant closes at 15:00, would be nice to have the option to stay at the hotel for dinner. A lamp in the room would have been nice.

Our delux room had a separate dining area with small table, counter, and fridge, but no microwave. Beds and lighting were both good. Good cleaning. A small private laundry 15m from the hotel. Good pool and sun cots.

Don't like that they only give you one room key, so a couple needs to leave it with the reception if each member goes his/her separate way during the day. Also, the lights and AC require the key card to be inserted to run, so when you leave, you must deactivate the AC, which in Chiang Mai--hotter than hell--is a pain, because it always takes long to get the room cool again upon one's return....Also, the gym has no dumbbells, and the machine's cables, etc are a bit stiff/rusty, so not easy to use.

Very friendly staff from the reception, food service and bedroom cleaning. The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. The chap that serves breakfast was very courteous. There was a swimming pool that wasn't over crowded. There is a big shopping mall 10 mins walk away. Away from noisy traffic. I always had a good sleep. Laundry and massage place across the road.

The water in the shower could have been a bit hotter.

Great value for money, staff very friendly, the hotel would serve cheap quality meals on-site. The pool area is great and the gym facility is a nice bonus. Just a short journey into the old town, we would usually use the grab app getting us into the centre for around 100 baht or walk 20 mins. Another nice bonus is we would be left 2 fresh bottles of water after the cleaners had been and they were very friendly greeting us every morning as we walked by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to see a little more options on the food menu and for the kitchen to stay open a little later, but can't fault the quality of the food or the price.

The price was competitive, room size good with clean towels and pillow cases daily. On site restaurant has a very minimal menu but the food is good and well priced. Sakulchai Place has a very good pool with loungers around it too.

The cleaning in my room was poor - the floor needed a good scrub and when I spilled some water and wiped it up, the paper picked up a lot of dirt. My room was directly above the water tanks and on Floor 2, so the pumps were very noisy at times.
