Krabi Resort- SHA Extra Plus

Great resort with two pools. Next to beach. Good breakfast. Amazing bungalows with huge rooms and huuge bathrooms with showers and Bathtub. Close to city and night market. Very calm and silent place where you can rest and relax. Amazing amount of green areas with palms and tons of other flower's - which make you feel like staying in the jungle . Towels and bath accessories replacement every day.

No sun umbrellas on swimming pool. No cleaning personel on common area. Overall impression was that resort was a little bit dusty and rusty post covid time. Not enough stuff to cleanup whole area. There was cockroach 🪳🪳🪳 in the second room. Whole room was dusty. Aircon was very noisy and only high mode was working. Electric sockets were not working. Not enough sunbeds on beach. If you want to lay down on the beach you need to wake up in the morning on sunrise and securing two.

we had a beachfront villa, excellent location and spacious

there was no atmosphere around the resort, no one used any if the bars, maybe a little entertainment would keep people there breakfast was very busy but always tables available however you constantly had to ask for everything to be refilled every morning, never any glasses, yoghurt, pastries and the queue for the ridiculously slow coffee machine was terrible

Very well located, calm resort, with a private beach at Ao Nang beach. Breakfast was really nice.

I have booked a transfer with the help of a front office agent. However, since I've arranged it late in the afternoon, it was arranged with an outside partner and in the morning the other agent told me that there is nobody here and I must booked via the hotel which costs almost double. However, after my complaints miraculous they realized that the driver was waiting for me... Be aware, it is a common scam...

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The nature, the beach and the town is only a few steps away. The staff is very kind, friendly and always ready to help. For breakfast you have a big variety of delicious food to choose from. Our room was comfortable and clean all the time.

The furniture in the room was a little worn out (bathroom included), it could use a renovation.

There were a lot of people in this hotel but everything was spread out so it was very quiet .Breakfast had large choice and the large dining area meant no queues. Location right by the beach. Being hard of hearing I was very impressed with the font desk who sorted out my onward travel.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss but a technician was there in 10 minutes when we reported it.

The villa was perfect. Good location in the centre and beatifull beach.

The resort itself was very dated and tje nreakfast was not varied.

there was nothing we didn’t like but we did think the gardens could do with some attention. the plumbing also needs maintenance

the receptionists were very sweet and kind they upgraded our room for the entire duration of the stay and were always quick to address our concerns. Overall the hotel is good and has its own private beach and is located in Ao nang beach right near all the restaurants and shops and beach. It is at the heart of Krabi and their breakfast buffet is good as well. It has the potential to be a five-star hotel with a little bit of infrastructural improvement. Wifi was not available but it seems that is a problem in most hotels in Krabi. It has lot of natural wildlife (ponds with fishes and variety of flora) within the hotel premises which makes it an idyllic location for having a scenic vacation. The housekeeping staff were very kind as well.

Some facilities are not well maintained like there was plumbing issue in our bathroom, electricity issues and wifi did not work but the receptionists were prompt and efficient and solved our problems quickly so overall it is worth staying there if you are staying in a beachfront villa with private pool or pool view luxury grand rooms. (the other rooms may not have as good scenic views)

Room very spacious and comfortable. Bed very large and the lighting was good in all the rooms especially by the bed. Having resort on the beach was good and having the raised sun loungers was ideal. the actual beach was public but very few people outside the resort seemed to use it as it was at the end so that wasn't a problem. Our own spa pool with loungers was very nice to have and the bath very relaxing.

Some areas of the resort looked a bit tired, the mini golf looked unusable and shabby but this did not affect our stay. Using the shower you could either have it boiling hot or cold nothing in between.
