Location was AMAZING. Right next to Family restaurant (best authentic and affordable Thai food in Krabi - we went there for most meals), Ruen Sukhothai just up the road (had a massage every day..), right next to Starbucks/7-11/McDs..everything was at the doorstep. Room itself was lovely, so spacious and clean, provided towels and fresh water daily with complimentary coffee/tea, fridge. Bring a HDMI cable if you fancy hooking your laptop up to watch movies at night! Every room had a balcony to hang clothes/ chill outdoors. Really lovely resort feel. Pool was just nice for a night swim too when not too crowded!

Would have been great if there was a clothes rack for each room to dry wet clothes! I saw a lot of people hanging their clothes on the railing. Also room 'door' is just a clear sliding door with curtains so not the safest...not much of security either, people can just walk right in. But we didn't get anything stolen so won't complain! Please note they don't provide toothbrush/toothpaste so bring your own!

All the staff were amazing, could not do enough for you to make your stay as nice a possible. they arranged a birthday supprise for my wife which was briilliant. all staff were very helpfull and happy. we stayed for a month could of done longer. well done to all the staff you are GREAT we will be back thank you so much.

Second time back here for a diving trip (at Sea Gypsy Divers). Once again a fantastic experience - clean rooms (clean sheets and towels, complementary water and coffee, hot showers), perfect location (next to our favourite Ruen Sukhothai and family restaurant and short walk to the beach), helpful people at reception. Helped us arrange airport taxi as well as a last minute boat ride (via Green Planet) to Koh Yao Noi (very nice quiet island for riding a scooter around). Will return for our next diving trip :) Breakfast was simple and good - pancakes, sausages, bacon, eggs, some local food (fried rice and spring rolls), yoghurt and basic cereal, juices. Few new shops have opened in the vicinity (Cru, much & mellow) but we didn't get to try them.

Bed was very creaky.....or maybe we just over ate...

The location set feels quite relaxing with the pool being surrounded by nature. The hotel is located 5min walking from the beach and just next to tge road with a lot of amenities. Rooms are very spacious, with a small outside area with a bench facing the garden and pool. Staff is super friendly and they also can book tours for you with great prices, we did 3 tours. Breakfast is decent with fruit variety, including scrambled eggs, omelets or pancakes

Beds were not super confy and a bed noisy when moving. There's a bar on the main road with super loud music until 1am It does not accept card payment, despite saying in booking.com

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice size room, clean, comfortable bed. I have seen some comments that say it is dated…. it’s not perfect but it is clean and I think the price is excellent. Towels are changed at your request. The gardens are lovely. Breakfast is offered at a small charge… not really breakfast people so can’t comment. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars ..but… you don’t hear anything. We loved it.

The pool is small and did have a few issues but this was due to the pump (which was replaced) but being so close to the beach the closures didn’t really matter!

Fantastic location to stay in Ao Nang, close to the beach so it's really easy to get to Railey or for excursions. Really great staff who were super helpful, little things like helping us book trips, transfers and even doing some washing and drying were massively appreciated. The pool and garden feels like an oasis amongst the bars and the beds are really comfy, if not a bit creaky. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant next door called family, which served the best food we had in Krabi, we ended up going three times in five days.

The rooms could do with some TLC, they don't look as fresh as they do in the images. We stayed five nights and despite them tidying our room, we didn't get fresh bedding, which would have been nice. It would also be good to have a drying rack outside of rooms for wet clothes.

Rooms are kept clean everyday - they change towels if you leave them on the floor and replace water. Staff are friendly, accommodating and reliable. I did not book breakfast but the staff has kindly offered this option to me. Unfortunately, i'm not a breakfast person! Great location but there is a very loud bar across from the main road so not ideal if you are a light sleeper

Walls are very thin and towels need changing - they are old and worn. Bathroom is a bit dated compared to the room. Wifi in the room is extremely slow or did not work sometimes, I've had to use my data a lot

I really like the women (short hair) on the reception. Very kind, and always smile. Even if she spent many hours at work. (Double shif) I like swimming pool and plants in the garden around cottages...it was ok. And lovely swimming pool ! And friendly cats💚 also women at the breakfast was very friendly and all the time smiling. All tours and transport in good price from hotel also some option cheaper than in.thw street.

On the pictures it's look a bit different. It's a bit older. But we have no problem about it. The breakfast simple. You can have your eggs (scramble) pancakes....as a classic American breakfast. We have better options in different locations, so it was simple. Everything looks bit older on reality than on the pictures (looks like professional). The price is good for the " pictures quality" but in reality it's have to be a bit lower! Yes I know! It's Asia! 2 stars mean no stars in Europe 😃

I really liked the location of the hotel - in the very heart of Ao Nang. The hotel staff helped in all matters, the hotel room itself was spacious and perfectly equipped.

I didn't like the following things: 1) A lot of ants (both in the room and in the bathroom), I think that it would be possible to take measures to get rid of them. It is not pleasant to collect them from the towel. 2) Loud noise from the bars next door on the main street. 3) We booked a hotel through the booking platform, half of the amount was charged and we had to pay the other half at the hotel, unfortunately, the hotel claimed that they do not charge anything and we had to pay the full amount. Now it will be necessary to spend additional time talking with the booking representatives, but it is obvious that something from the hotel's side has not been completely sorted out.
