Navinda Krabi - SHA Plus

It was spotless and modern. We had a pool side entry...So it was out of the bedroom and into the pool. Their bathrolms are large and Beauiful. Gowns, slippers, beachbags filed with towels. So thoughtful. Location was great. Near the markets and beach.. 100 baht to Ao Nang on tuk tuk. We walked most nights because it is fun along the beach road. Shops and food....delicious. Oh we actually extended to two extra nights because we loved the place.

The TV channels had Thai only. And poor reception quality. They need to have English. Netflix at least. Or Amazon. At night you some times want to watch a show. .

This hotel was wonderful - good sound proofing, super comfortable bed, pillows and linen and a nice big room. Extra touches such as the beach bag with towels and a mat were really appreciated. The room was made up everyday and water and coffee etc replaced - also the water was in glass bottles which is good to see opposed to plastic. Reception staff really friendly and also let us know you can use the pool across the road at their sister hotel - which was lovely. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment. Location is 8 minute walk from the beach and there is plenty of shops , bars and restaurants on the way.

The aircon could have been quieter The smaller shower head didn’t run hot (which was annoying when I didn’t want to get my hair wet under the waterfall shower)

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Every single person we interacted with knew their duties well and answered all of our queries. The location is beautiful with the shoreline being a quick 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having access to the pool was beautiful and made our stay special. The breakfast was quite good too.

Would have liked to see more local food and fruits in the breakfast platter. More toiletries given from the beginning would have been useful.

lovely big room finished to a good standard, comfy bed, rooms cleaned every day and drinking water replenished, friendly and helpful staff, you can use the partner hotels’ pool across the road also which is much bigger - but the roof top pool also lovely. sound insulation good. beach towels, bag and a bamboo mat provided is a really nice touch. also the drinking water replenished in glass bottles rather than plastic which is good.

the shower was difficult to use and the water didn’t get overly hot

Absolutely unbelievable value for money. Access to 3 pools including an amazing rooftop pool, rooms were huge, clean and modern. Staff were really helpful and nice to speak to. We extended our stay at this hotel as we loved it so much. Perfect location between Ao Nang Landmark night market and the town / beach.

Excellent room and facilities for the price, we even saw a monkey from our balcony. The staff are very kind, Marianne in particular was so kind and let us check out later when we were feeling unwell. The rooftop pool was very good.

The walls and room doors are very thin and not very noise cancelling meaning we could hear the conversations in the room next door.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's away from the noisy main bit of city but it's within 15 minutes walking distance to the main Ao Nang so I walked everywhere and when it gets too hot, just get a tuktuk for 100 baht. The receptionist staff was amazing. I requested for a late check out on the final night since my flight was at 5pm and she accommodated that.

VERY nice and helpful staff, nice pools at the sister hotel, great breakfast, good beds, 2 water bottles provided every day, location close to boats and night market.

Toilet seat was a little wobbly.Shower water would run cold sometimes. The rooftop pool could use a shower :). Noisy (but efficient) AC.

Great location. The staff made all our bookings at the same prices we found on the streets, hassle free. The room was big, with balcony, great shower and comfy beds. We were able to use 5 pools, they have a sister hotel across the street. They provide a beach bag with mat and towels, which was very convenient for the beach and boat tours. The breakfast had plenty of selections.
