+comfortable bed and clean linen and towels +close to the city center +possibility to got hair dryer (deposit about 20euros required) +our son liked to sleep on the second floor
- hotel room is very small - bathroom is separated by glass door from the room with(you need to make sure your children not see you taking a shower) - no electric kettle(but were now that before booking) you have only 2 paper glasses in the room - you can not make coffee or tea in the room

The breakfast was nice. The beds where good and our rooms where quiet. All the personnel we've met where very nice and 24/7 available. Also the location is about 15 minutes walk into the city center.
The shower didn't have any ground towel. Seeing as the shower door opened up in the middle of the room and the floor was very smooth, the water made it very slippery. A towel extra for on the floor would be nice!

The staff are very friendly and willing to help you during your stay, answering questions, making sure you feel welcome, etc. The room was comfortable and clean so I could rest well. For me, the location is convenient as it is near places I need to go, lots of shops and places to find food.
