Very good location. Nice public area. Fireplace in the room.

My room was facing an inside court. It wasn’t pleasant. Had no actual daylight. It was not welcoming to stay in it.

Lovely vibe, fantastic staff and immaculat.... plus the spa was at a high standard , Ski shop on site also very easy to use for hiring and such a great friendly team. Finally the free shuttle was superb and really helped when we needed to nip ATM or out for food on a very cold evening.

I hate leaving negative feedback as its a superb hotel but sadly the room service choice and quality was very much below par for such a high standard of hotel however they are addressing it , and wouldnt stop us staying again.

Location and staff and cleanliness

The internet was poor and it disconnects. The breakfast is very basic with not much options and not of the same value as the price.

location bed bell boy service closet office desk room division the reception team resolved a pcr problem in a short time i sent my luggages from SBB offices in Zurich to the hotel in geneve .it was kept in a good condition until my arrival I reserved on booking.com and I filtered my search per hotels with no prepayment required however the hotel tried to deduct the value I called the hotel and then it was resolved by the reception team and I paid upon arrival thank you

carpet I wasn’t lucky with the view internet is not working continuously we had log in from time to time

Wow what more can I say about this hotel. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. As we were driving, we were able to pull up to the front of the hotel and the staff were amazing to help us with our luggage. The check in experience was fantastic and the rooms were sublime. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We are struggling to think of what we didn't like about this hotel. Whilst there are likely to be cheaper hotels, this one is worth every penny spent.

The hotel is centrally located, the room was comfortable, had everything you need for your stay. The space, comfortable beds, well organised and supplied bathroom. The cleaning was done when you can, not when the stuff is available which was great for our stay. The breakfast, we ordered room service, was excellent.

I didn't like the overall decorative style of the room, which wasn't modern, or trendy or nice. It was just dull and not impressive. Also, the hotel is not designed to accommodate modern visitors with a number of gudgets. Really a challenge to find where to plug your device to charge and even if you found, it will be at the sake of unplugging something and probably spending a bit of time before you find a working socket. Some re-wiring is definitely needed.

The room was large and well furnished, there was a real sense of comfort and class everywhere. Large modern bathroom kept in the same old style as the rest of the hotel, comfortable bed with feather pillows and covers, lots of purposeful spaces - a table with the coffee machine, a separate desk with chair, large wardrobe in a separate entrance area. Overall a wonderful, wonderful hotel.

Breakfast is expensive but not that surprising for Switzerland

Beautiful hotel in the center of town. We were lucky to stay in the newly renovated room that will be the template for the rest of the rooms in the hotel and it was truly spectacular.

The hotel offers valet parking, but it's difficult to find the entrance. The hotel said that it offered 24/7 valet service, but that was not the case when we tried to get the car at 4:45am for a 7am flight. We had to get the car ourselves, causing quite a delay.

Great location, close to the lake, shopping and sites. The lobby has a very nice lounge with a fireplace where we had drinks and snacks in the afternoons, very cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

To be picky, the windows in our room were 'half-windows' high up on the wall. There was a step up to it but it was difficult step up and to look out the windows, we were only in the room during the evenings after dinner so not an issue for us during this stay.

I first stayed in the Cygogne 23 years ago- And it hasn't changed a bit! Which is rare in today's hotel business. But why change if everything is perfect? Small, stylish, with attentive and competent staff, a recommended restaurant, beautifully decorated rooms and trie character. A home away from home. I will be back!
