All the staff treated me very well polite and smiles all the time. Indrajith looked after my comfort in the room and rang me every morning asking about any complaints that I had and trying his best to do good housekeeping. The people in the restaurant they also doing good job. On check out day at the last moment, they kind enough to prepare special meal for me that I requested and the food was so so tasty. I will give full credit to the restaurant manager and the chef.

There's nothing that much to say. I was worried about mosquitoes in my room. The reception should be aware of the available rooms.

Beds are so comfortable, they do house keeping everyday, staff was friendly, polite and nice. Whenever you request something (Ex: cultural food) they provide it willingly and chef got magic hands to prepare delicious food. It is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I will recommend to my friends and relatives. whenever we come next time definitely I choose this hotel.

There is no view to see.

This hotel is excellent, well-maintained, and conveniently located between the shopping areas of Pettah and Maharagama. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. When I requested a room change from twin beds to a double bed, the manager personally attended to it, showing me the available options. Moreover, the hotel features a spacious restaurant on the 2nd floor and a delightful rooftop restaurant.

Hotel Wi-Fi was useless, and the Utensils at the restaurant were not properly cleaned.

The location, the cleanliness the amnesties, the housekeeping staff.the laundry service,the front desk staff especially the location Manager, the restaurant staff from chefs,the waiters and the manager all were excellent

The Wi-Fi could be better

Very good location for convenient travel and approach to the beach, restaurants etc. Galle road is an important place leading to several important places in Sri Lanka.

The facility needs to be upgraded. I recognize that the country is recovering after a pandemic and economic downturn.

The surroundings and the convenience to everything.

They lack of toiletries. Had to ask for toilet paper on couple of occasions. They do not leave a spare roll in the wash room.

Room is a little small for 2 persons. Location is good. Its very clean.

Bed, floor ,bathroom and toilets are cleaned and comfortable.

Cabinet and funitures cleanliness should be improved.

Prime location. Cleaned. Friendly staff. Every day room cleaning .

Wifi internet sucks most of the time

Reasonably comfortable rooms and on-time check-in even few hours early if available. Cleanliness is good

AC is not functioning properly (very low cooling) in one of our room. Car parking during day time is bit difficult and only possible in night.
