room is very comfortable food at the rooftop is amazing Instagramable Infinity Pool with overview towards the ocean and facing Sunset is Fabulous

no Honeymooner benefits placed they only make welcome bed decoration despite of requesting it in advance and also to provide one dozen bouquet flower arrangements requested prior arrival NOT done. Eventhough I told in the email that I will pay for it. No Honeymooner Cake, No Bathtub petals & bubble bath during turndown services which we requested.

Cool design, clean rooms, amazing view

Incompetent personal. after payment administrator took my credit card and wrote down its details from backside, where is cvv code. food was not very good. one day we ordered sandwich and pasta on the roof top and got it only after one hour waiting, but people how ordered after us, got their orders faster. an additional 25% fees are added to the menu prices. Several times tried to order not spicy food, but got spicy. I think for the price the service should be better.

The noise from local train passing just under the bedroom. The towel at the spa were oily, therefore we cancelled the appointment / treatment

Newer hotel in Colombo… outstanding facilities including roof top infinity pool overlooking Colombo Bay and the beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants and bars including really comprehensive breakfast buffet. An amazing Japanese restaurant (yes in Sri Lanka) we are there a few times it was so good and reasonably priced. Gym is next level with a weights room, cardio room, dance/yoga studio, spa and sauna etc… really well fitted out hotel as a whole and will definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced. We’ve stayed in all the big 5 star hotels in Colombo and rate this in the top 2-3 especially value for money.

Check in and check out desk is one of the slowest experiences we’ve had. They mean well and are here to help but very slow; Attracts a lot of business groups so breakfast can be busy. Never had a problem finding a seat but often it was one of the last ones and the room feels small when full. Windy days trip something in the lifts and they stop working… can mean you’re stuck on the ground or on your floor waiting for a lift… they are very slow.

The property was nice…location was good too!…

I had to check out as i had a flight early morning. So the night before i requested the staff to arrange an early breakfast for me, as i wanted to eat something adn then leave for the airport. The staff did give me options which i did not agree to, and said that i’ll call you back and confirm. I forgot to call them!. But the staff did not take and effort and call me back and ask me regarding the issue… That was very disappointing.. Not the way to treat your guests!. Even while checking out, there was no mention of it. I did not like the treatment.

we had a room with a sea / city view and a patio. The hotel is in a beautiful location along the sea. The room was amazing, I loved the bathroom style and the view of the sea from the bed. The shower was always perfect pressure and temperature. We found the bed comfy and the menu of pillows is a nice touch. We had the breakfast included, I was happy that everyday the buffet is a little different so we didn’t get bored. We would stay here again.

The train station is right outside the hotel and this is noisy which can be annoying early in the morning (to minimise this you should book a city view room). We would have liked to use sun loungers around the pool but there were only about 8 and they were always full.

Me and my girlfriend stayed 6 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The cleanliness was exceptional and interior of the room is amazing. We had a sea view room and I would say it is totally worth it to have a sea view room. We really enjoyed having swim in the infinity pool and going to the jacuzzi after.

We did not have conditioner at the washroom and had to make several calls to get some. The shampoo and the conditioner bottles look cool, but it is hard to take some out. Also we requested to have a trash can in the bathroom and we did not get one. We also ordered breakfast to our room and it took like an hour for us to get it.

Reception is painfully slow, I can't tell if the staff aren't well trained or the computer systems are just very slow but everything takes a long time so be prepared and be patient - the hotel is worth it Bring ear plugs if you opt for a sea view - even on the 17th floor the trains are loud from early in the morning Neither of these things would stop me from staying again

- sea view room was absolutely dreamy with floor to ceiling windows - beautiful clean and contemporary designed room with a large bath tub and walk in shower. The toilet was auto and seat would lift up as u walk in - room service - approx. £2.50 for a portion of fries to give a rough idea. You can also download the pickme food app which delivers to the ground floor. - roof top pool was STUNNING. beautiful infinity pool with a bar overlooking the sea and city. - reception area was beautiful with high ceilings and balcony areas and a mini cafe - gym facilities included a diverse weight room Inc leg press, bench press and free weights. Separate cardio room with sea views. And water station. - staff very friendly and approachable. - overall for approx. £60 a night, very good value for money - I mostly took photos otherwise would have alot more to attach.

- the bed was not as 'cosy' as anticipated but had a duvet (as opposed to a sheet like in some other places we stayed' - didn't try out the sauna or steam room so unable to comment.

Absolutely stunning new hotel with beautiful rooftop pool and trendy lobby space. the Japanese restaurant is also first class.

This was our second stay, and we initially stayed in a double room with sea views and upgraded to double room with balcony. It wasn’t an impressive balcony or upgrade and in hindsight I would have preferred to stay in the double room instead and save money as not worth this room. We asked if any balcony room with full ocean view - they never got back to us and we were tired so ended up staying. I think as it’s a new hotel there are a lot of issues with slow service (although service in Sri Lanka was very slow in general). I think the management and the staff need a bit more experience in hospitality and it could potentially be a five star. Sadly this aspect let it down.
