Holiday Inn Express Madrid-Alcorcón, an IHG Hotel

The reception staff were very helpful, especially Daniel, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Our room and the public areas were very clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The did I g room staff were exceptional. to be honest I don’t t know how they kept up with the demands placed on them. However we did see the manager helping out which is always a good sign!!

The pillows were either exceptionally hard or soft. somewhere in the middle would be perfect!!

Modern, clean, tidy, good Parking. Near a huge Supermarket. Adequate breakfast. Quiet. Good sized rooms. Took an Uber to the city between 4 of us so we didn’t have to worry about driving, navigation, parking , cost and finding and just Ubered back from where we ended up. Half the price of a worse city centre hotel.

Good value for money, typical Holiday Inn hotel. Good location to visit the south of Madrid. Not fancy but nothing too bad to criticize either. Nice staff. Breakfast was just ok

Just to mention something, the room was small for 4 people, opening the 4 bags of luggage simultaneously was a challenge. But we stayed only 2 nights, so it was bearable.

The hotel is perfect for our needs,, the rooms are great the bar area pleasant and the staff are very friendly, helpful, the breakfast has a good selection the rooms are spacious and clean. the parking area is ample to park and appears safe. there is a local shopping centre close by.

the hotel needs a facelift but its still very welcoming.

- Excellent location (if you are travelling through the highway); - Staff super helpful (I've requested different pillows types for good sleep); - Great price-quality ratio (amenities and breakfast with branded products);

- Parking spots are very narrow for modern day cars. Suggestion: Reception should ask hosts' for their car license plates, to make sure people are civilized and park correctly.

Excellent breakfast. Even more excellent staff: worked with us to change booking made online; Shout out to the breakfast staff who kept things stocked, were friendly in busy time, very hard working. Accommodating to let us store luggage after we checked out - appreciated that very much. Well done, Holiday Inn Express, Alcorcon.

The rooms appeared larger in online photos. We had the family room (5 of us) and it was pretty cramped, with one kid sleeping on the small space between bed and sofa bed.

From a delayed arrival to our departure three days later everything was better than expected. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the facilities more than adequate. The variety and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Outstanding value for money in a capital city.

Very nice hotel near ca 20 min from airport next to highway. Great for one night. Better is room in first or second floor because in rooms in ground was hear noise from restaurant long time

The room was ideal for the family of 4. the airport was 30min away via the highway without tolls, basic breakfast served in the morning. The staff were super friendly.

I like the place it's easy access to the public transport

The breakfast kinda not good they don't have even egg or sausage atleast and its the same menu for the whole week of my stay..improve the breakfast atleast change it every 2 days..
