Queens Hotel Seomyeon Busan

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly, they will recommend you restaurant, how to get to the hotel and so on. Location : near every restaurants, Lotte, cinema You can use Netflix, hairdryer, computer ..

Be aware of the bathroom : door doesn’t CLOSE,it’s more a window. And the bathroom is clearly not suitable if you go with family or friends because same, all windows so you can see blury through it. subway it’s 10 min by foot not a big deal without luggage but if you do have big luggage it’s a little bit tricky.

If phenomenal service is important to you when traveling, choose the Queens Hotel in Busan. It is located within walking distance from the Seomyeon train station, giving you access to the entire city, and very near Lotte Mall. The hotel provides drinking water on demand, microwaves, and washer/dryers to use. The staff were ready, willing and able to meet our needs. Even though the hotel is older and not located in a "fancy" area of Busan, it provides the most important offerings for travel -- from learning about Korean culture to hailing the most appropriate taxi. And the price is right!

The room is nice and large with a good sized bathroom, which has both a hairdryer and straightener provided. The hotel location is great. You are right in the middle of Busan with quick access to seomyeon station (access to lines 1 and 2) so good links to get everywhere in the city. The hotel is a short walk from jeonpo cafe street and there is plenty of nightlife within a short walk from the hotel. The front desk staff are fantastic. They are super helpful with any requests such as helping to reserve a restaurant in advance, especially when your grasp of Korean isn't amazing (and even caught that the number we had found was to a different restaurant in the same building and thought to double check and make sure we booked the place we wanted!). When we checked out, the receptionist was also really helpful in advising us on the layout of busan station, which made finding our train a lot less stressful. Cannot recommend the staff enough!

The room is provided with a coat rack to store some clothes, although a full wardrobe may be nicer if you want to unpack fully for an extended stay.

The staff is friendly, and guided us on various facilities in the hotel, such as the usage of washing machine and dryer. My mother wanted the room to be a bit brighter, and the staff gave us an extra lamp to light up the room. Before the trip, the hotel would also provide travellers with information about the hotel, nearby food places, facilities and directions to get there. They are responsive to travellers' questions too.

Just a very minor point, but would be nice if the room is a bit brighter. Other than that all is really good. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Queens Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff at the front desk, including the owner, were incredibly friendly and efficient. They provided excellent local recommendations. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Seomyeon subway. Overall, my experience at Queens Hotel was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The rooms were absolutely perfect! We were excited to have an overhead shower since most of SE Asia has a wet shower concept. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and there were a ton of amenities which really made the stay exceptional. The staff reached out early on with a ton of information both for the hotel as well as the surrounding areas and recommendations. It is super lively outside with tons of shops, stalls, etc. within easy waking distance, theres a 24/7 grocery store right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and was perfect for what we were looking for and great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded our expectations!

The staff were so lovely and very helpful. We were able to do laundry and had a very large sized room. The bathroom is big and comes with a bath and a shower. I really can't complain about the hotel, the staff, or the location. Would stay again and recommend.

The mattress and the duvet seem to be a very plastic type material, so you sweat just by sitting on it. It's a very comfortable bed aside from the skin on plastic sensation which kept me and my sister up at night even with the air-conditioning on.

Fantastic place, I have to comment the staff as they were very cordial, profesional and the whet beyond and above my speciation. Must of all I have to mention one of the hotel employees, JAY, he’s attentiveness to my requests where out standing. I would highly recommend to anyone is visiting Busan to consider Queens Hotel for their stay, do to its centralise location and amazing staff. Proprietor and his staff were very kind and helpful. Gave us a lot of helpful information about the area, helped us book taxis and messaged us helpful information to get to the hotel from the airport. The property allowed us to do washing, sit in a communal area to share some food with each other. Fantastic bidets! Free Netflix to use and amazing internet.

The room was very spacious and had numerous conveniences; bath, shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor, hairdryer, hair straighteners, 2 computers, large tv, 2 mini fridges and a phone charging station. Comfortable bed and lovely friendly staff. Would definitely stay again

My only complaint is that it would be good to have a full length mirror in the room
