M Hotel Singapore City Centre

1. Excellent location 2. Great amenities 3. Great vibe. 4. Rooms were clean and big enough for two guests. 5. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. There was an issue with holding the funds in my debit card when checking in, but this was eventually resolved. 2. Our fridge also didn't work (not cold enough), but luckily we didn't use it much. 3. This was out of the hotel's control, but for one of the rooms we booked, they gave us a room with one bed when we selected a two bed room, which made it inconvenient for the two guests who preferred to sleep in separate beds.

Really large room that was super clean! Large bed, great working space and a very comfy couch. The bathroom was large and clean and had a bathtub! Cleaning staff were super friendly and did a fantastic job each day 🙂 Hotel is close to a few bus stops and 2 MRTs. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There was no body lotion or hair dryer in the bathroom. The fridge was on the lowest setting until I realised the day after...

breakfast provided several good options. closeness of Singapore River made possible to walk and enjoy riverside and restaurants around it.

there was some renovation on-going on the lobby, so that made it a bit small. also, there was no bar at the hotel, so evening time it was needed to get some experiences outside the hotel

on check out, I had paid my bill in full, as I was about to get into a taxi to airport - the gent from reception ran outside shouting that I had not paid the bill - in front of street of other guests - I pulled out the receipt that he had just given me, and then he called security - who told the taxi driver to not take me until they had checked - they had forgotten to add a laundry bill of $9 to the $1800 bill that I had just paid as it had not been processed by them they then asked me to authorise payment - this is all happening on the pavement outside the hotel I had a great stay - and this really ruined it - visited many hotels in the last 30 years of travelling , never been so embarrassed

It’s a business hotel so the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has a reasonable gym with resistance training machines and dumbbells. Breakfast is very good. The staff are excellent. Very helpful and polite.

I didn’t like the fact Booking . Com overcharged me and then tried to blame the hotel… terrible !! I have cancelled all my future bookings through this app. Disgusting level of customer service . Lying to me and refusing to reimburse the 8000thb. Well the jokes on you! That just cost you tens of thousand of dollars that I spend every year traveling

Excellent location, in the center of modern architecture, close to major attractions. the song is a clean room, gorgeous soft bathrobes and nice toiletries, snow-white sheets and fresh towels. Everything was great! Recommended!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great spread of different cuisines and accommodated various dietary preferences. The tea section, featuring tea from Raffles Lighthouse, was our favorite because of the various options offered. The staff at Cafe 2000 was friendly and the outdoor dining had a good view of the neighbourhood. The hotel is located in a great spot - there is a bus station opposite the entrance, and an MRT station in walking distance. A 7-Eleven and a 24-hour McDonald's is also a few metres away.

I feel the hotel is ageing and could take some simple steps to update it colour changes Rooms need to be fitted with changing points for phone and computers

This is a clean and comfortable well run hotel in a good location in Singapore. The room is a good size and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We only stayed one night but we were pretty happy.

After a long day of walking around and shopping we decided to have a drink on the bar at the hotel. This was unfortunately closed for a private function. Can’t help bad timing I guess. What we did notice was that the front desk staff didn’t seem very engaging. On check out we couldn’t find any and a concierge staff member helped us find someone (even though the hotel had sent a message asking what time we were checking out). The staff that turned up were just like the checkin staff …. Efficient but not the least bit friendly. We are used to that in Australia but not in Singapore.

I recently stayed at this fabulous M hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel boasts an impressive selection of excellent restaurants, offering a wide array of delicious dining options. The outdoor rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. Although the pool was temporarily closed on December 31 and January 1 due to poor weather conditions, the general experience was amazing. The well-equipped gym made it convenient for me to keep up with my fitness routine even while traveling. The spacious nightclub was a highlight of my evenings, offering great music and a vibrant atmosphere most especially the happy hour sessions as well as the live music sessions. Not to mention, the lobby and rooms were incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making for a truly comfortable stay. Not far from the main city center attractions such as Chinatown and Marina Bay area, this Hotel location made it ideal for me to get easy access to main city fun activity areas I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Singapore.
