Harbour Ville Hotel

1)The front desk both receptionist welcome you with big smile 2)The lift to the main floors were clean & well maintain 3)Room were clean,fresh & kept cool to my surprise the free drinks in the mini bar & snacks was what I needed to relax 4)Housekeeping was excellent & helpful with my bags 5)Parking lots were clear of signs

1pm checkout would been better rather than checkout@11am since I only checkin@ 6pm the day before would have add value for money & time spent in the hotel

It was a great close location to the sentosa resort which was all I was really there for. The price, though still super exxy, was alright for a room in Singapore. Water dispensers were provided outside the rooms and the lobby looked stunning with free snacks!

The price of course Singapore is quite expensive, however it was still pretty decent. The bathroom is a bit tiny, but we are a fairly tall couple 6'3 and 5'10, so otherwise it should be fine.

I loved that the hotel is located in a local neighbourhood. It was amazing getting to meet locals and see how they live. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms don’t have a closet and there is little room for the luggage. This was a bit uncomfortable.

Only 20mins walk to MRT Station and a shopping centre. Bed was comfy. Price was fine for Singapore! We could also walk to sentosa. Shower was decent enough.

Staff weren't the best. They weren't rude just not the most welcoming.

Purely the location isn’t completely central, but to be fair all you need to do is order your taxi. So I can’t complain too much!!

Helpful staff and good comfortable room for 2 nights.

Not practical transportation wise (metro then bus) so I ended up taking taxis all the time there which also saves you a lot of time. But overall great stay! Thanks! :)

The hotel is central, close to bus stop, clean and lately renovated. Staff was helpful and efficient. It is good value for money. And I loved the mattress, very firm.

Our unexpectedly extending our 2nd night stay choosing Room 311 as d windows is wider...but no dressing mirror...d toilet handles is broken.. No cups for d toothbrush n paste n toiletries...no comforter...d aircon function mildly cold as it is an old version type...but pleasantly we kip coming back again to stay n explore more rooms...😁😁😜...we do hope dat we come back w more nicer space n wider window views...tq for d best hospitality so far...staffs r efficient n polite except during peak hrs as being to rushy...✌️🤝😘😊

I asked for a quiet room and the staff was accommodating and arrange it for me as I am a light sleeper. My mom is old and they allow me to check in slightly earlier when they saw that she is tired.
