Ibis Warszawa Reduta

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in September, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in many ways. I am always looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option in Warsaw, if I stay for 1 night, if you are the same - this hotel is definitely worth considering. It's situated very close to the Zahodnya station and Blue City shopping mall - just a 3-5 minute car or taxi drive, making it a perfect choice for me. I booked a standard room, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was of a good size and provided a decent night's sleep, although I did find the pillows a bit firmer than I'm used to. Pillows I didn't like but was too tired to ask for a change. Nevertheless, the room came equipped with USB chargers for my devices, which was a thoughtful touch (as my adapters are always lost)) While the room lacked a kettle, it did come with two complimentary bottles of water, a small but appreciated gesture. The air conditioning worked well, also you can open the windows. The bathroom was a real deal for me. The shower cabin and tiles were clean and new, with a consistent supply of really hot water, shower gels. I think I have no dental kit, however I never look for them in the hotels. Plenty of towels...I had everything I needed. I took Room only rate, however I decided to have breakfast (starting from 6:30 a.m., however you can have something even at 4:00 a.m. upon request) if you are an early bird. I found the price of 49 zloty to be reasonable (At least, I can have as many coffee cups as I want with croissants))). Standard buffer table with bacon, cheese, eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, cottage cheese, cereal and other things. During good weather you can have the option to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, allowing guests to savor their morning meal in a relaxed setting.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and green area about half an hour from Central Warsaw with main historical and cultural sights and the University of Warsaw by public transportation. The Front Office Team Leader could provide support with every aspect of your stay in town and let you solve possible doubts regarding logistics or local rules. The trip to the city center by tram is really beautiful and stopping by at Jeruzolimskie boulevard for a while is another option All aspects of the hotel corresponded to the quality provided by a recognized hotel brand: good comfortable and air-conditioned rooms,quietness and lots of space for work and spare time on the ground floor both inside and outside. Breakfast was rich and the service was exceptionally good.

The price should have included breakfast because for Accor Hotel members this price had breakfast. if booking.com and Accor Hotels are partnering their priviledges for members need to correspond to each other.

I booked the hotel for my mother. She stay there for a long time from 5 May/2022 to 4 June/2022 in room #402. The location is perfect, you can reach everything and the personal are AWESOME. They have people which can speak Ukraine, English and Russian. I would like to point on Nataliya(the chambermaid which is working there), she helped my mother and very responsible, in additional she can speak Russian as well, which is handy. She give couple advices: how to spend time and what is located near the hotel(it's a awesome park near the hotel) and so on... PS: if you decided to book it, add breakfast, you don't have any regret about it. You can eat a lot of variety of food, and you definitely don't be hungry till lunch.

The location of the hotel is great, there's a bus station right in front of the building and the tram station is 5 minutes away. The staff was great, very helpful with all of my questions. We had an early flight and they ordered a taxi for us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Our room was on the first floor right above the hotel entrance, facing the street. People would go out to smoke outside till late at night and it would get noisy under our window. If you could, request a room that's on the opposite side of the boulevard.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. Nice breakfast, with delicious and various options. Room is standard sized as all ibis hotels, comfy beds, tiny TV... Couple of bottles with water.

We stayed here not for first time, but this one we found same issues: we were provided just for 1 towel per person - for hands, for body... It is not hygienic at all. But it's good that an extra towel can be easily requested at the reception. But what's the problem to give 2 towels during check in? In the morning we hung a "do not disturb" sign, when we left room around 2 p.m., we changed it to "please clean up". When we returned in the evening, the room was not cleaned.

Impeccably clean and convenient. Good breakfasts, pleasant and very helpful senior staff and night shift personnel.

The junior servers are not trained. They spent long periods of time chatting with colleagues instead of serving busy customers. The restaurant menu is heavy on complicated “gourmet” dishes but does not offer bistro dishes or comfort food- in other words the food you would expect to be available in hotels like Ibis. Where are the meats from the grill, simple hotdogs/polish white sausage, scrambled eggs or hearty gulash soups that would be filling, inexpensive and served without a pretense of ordering a sophisticated but costly dinners? Who chooses to eat fancy meas in Ibis while traveling to Warsaw?

My mum recently stayed at Ibis Reduta and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived, she was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is clean. Its location is ideal for those who travel and need to spend a night (or two) closer to the Warszawa Zachodnia bus station. Overall, I would highly recommend Ibis Warsaw Reduta to anyone.

Convenient location, just next to the door public bus stop located, 10 mins by bus to city center. There are couple of parks not far from hotel, in general quite area. About 20-25 mins by bus to airport. Room was clean. Breakfast was great: first morning they even had fresh juice machine, but not on the following days :( The choice of dishes was very pleasant. Room size is sufficient.

Our window was next to the busy road, sound isolation is not strong here. On some reason, they propose only 1 towel per person by default (I mean, 1, for hands and body...), but it's easy to get additional at reception. Oh, so, why fresh juice machine was available only 1 of 3 mornings? 😅

Everything was good, comfy and clean rooms, polite staff at the reception and at the bar/restaurant. They allow me to check in a bit earlier, that was really appreciated. And also, they have self check out option, that super convinience, in case you need to leave during the night, etc.

The hotel is situated a bit far from the centre, so if your main goal of the trip - is visiting museums and the old town, you should use any kind of transport to get there.
