Hotel Vivaldi

This hotel is situated near green areas a little outside the city centre. Next to it is the city's historic 19th century citadel, which is now a 100 ha park. The city centre can easily be reached on foot. The hotel is modern and my room was functional, clean and comfortable. There is complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water in the room. From the breakfast room there is a view to a small wooded area and one can enjoy the green view while exploring the buffet. Breakfast consist of creative and carefully made little dishes as well as more traditional breakfast items. I had delicious pancakes with cottage cheese on my last day. There is also a restaurant at the hotel and I ordered a poke bowl with beef for my room, which I thouroughly enjoyed. Hotel staff is polite and very service-minded - I would receive a great smile from the front desk staff when I passed by in the morning. If I come back to Poznan, this hotel would easily be my first choice.

Noise-sensitive guests might be bothered by the sounds from the tram passing by on the street close to the hotel. It was not a problem to me, however.

- Clean room, larger than expected. Everything worked perfect, wifi, hot water. The big plus was the aircond, during the summer you definitely need some cold air. In Poland, very few hotels offer this. - Polite and helpful staff, the boys at the reception were nice and professionals. We recommend this hotel 100% when staying in Poznan.

- Despite the room been clean, after 1 night we requested to make up our room, the girls came, but they did not take the garbage, they did not do the bed, they just changed the towels. - Having a car would help, few shops around.

You need to know exactly what you expect after seeing the photos and know exactly where the hotel is located if all this suits you and you rent the largest apartment you can be satisfied with the comfort and quality of service. In the class in which the hotel offers its services

Fabulous service. Breakfast MUCH ABOVE my expectation.. Everybody from Registration to room service, Dining Room was doing exceptional job.. Thank you GREAT PEOPLE at Vivaldi.

Nothing! One micro problem - the elevator door closes too quickly.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful! There were many useful amenities in the room like a coffee machine and an ironing board. Public transport was close by meaning that the off center location was not an issue.

For me, there was noting negative about the stay.

A few staffs did not speak English fluently, but still they were nice :)

The room was good with a nice bath, the people who work there were very kind and helpful, the restaurant had good food and wine and the sauna area was great. So no comments. The Hotel is next to a nice park where you can eat or get a drink in a nice Italian restaurant.

If I can give one comment, then it would be to put better blinds before the windows, but for me it has to be really dark.

I like a lot about this hotel... localisation, amazing breakfast, nice staff... parking available. Park nearby and beautiful walking paths there.

thy only problem I have is that I never know what kind of products will i find in the bathroom. Sometimes it is a nice combination of soap and shampoo but sometimes it is just a liquid soap and it is very disappointing......

Spacious, very comfortable room. Good, private parking Excellent breakfast Good location near the citadel park and with city center reachable by foot. Tram stop also very near with very frequent connection to city center.

Really nice place, close to city centre. Nearby beautiful park, surrounded by lots of green places. Helpful staff, strongly recommended
