Overall, I had a pleasant stay First and foremost, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon my arrival. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, especially during these times. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning bathroom, TV, and a coffee maker. One of the standout features of this hotel was the on-site restaurant. I had a delicious meal there, and the breakfast options were also quite satisfying. It was convenient to have good dining options within the hotel itself.

However, there were a couple of minor issues that I encountered during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit spotty, which made it challenging to work or stream content.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ibis Hotel in Muscat, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Ms. Rose at the front desk. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the very start. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I have to give special thanks to Mr. Khurshidalalm and the housekeeping staff for their excellent work. My room was always spotless, and they took great care to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The amenities at the ibis Hotel were also top-notch. The restaurant offered a delicious array of food, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and relaxing, and I found it to be the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend the ibis Hotel Muscat highly enough. The exceptional service provided by Ms. Rose at the front desk and the outstanding housekeeping by Mr. Khurshidalalm truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Muscat.

It’s very good for the people who are looking for sleep after daily activities and booked for room only.

The room’s wall was surprisingly I can hear the noise of the other side room. The towels were not replaced on the last night, however, we called to get the replacement. The phone was ringing at around 5:00 AM while we are sleeping and another ring at 12:00 PM when we’ve given late checkout.

Staff is very nice and the hotel location is perfect and right in the centre of the city. It was perfect for me as I was staying for a short while and was doing many tourism so we just needed a place to rest in.

The parking is very bad there's no place and the path to it is very narrow, also the room key kept braking so we had to visit reception like 3 time in 2 days to fix the card key.

Ibis has never disappointed me, the last time I stayed in Ibis hotel was in Jeddah, KSA. The room is so clean, though it is small which is quite the expected size for the price, but the ambiance in the room is so good. They maintain the cleanliness of the room very well. Ross Reyes, the receptionist gave me a very warm welcome and took care of me very well. The manager and the staff always ask if everything about my stay was ok, they made sure that my stay was enjoyable. Nica, the staff at the restaurant was accommodating, she handled the customers very well. The location is also very suitable for me as my assignment is not too far away from this hotel.

There was nothing that I did not like with Ibis so far, so I hope that they maintain the quality of service that they provide to their customers. The television inside the room is quite old model and the TV's wooden frame is fully enclosed, I always bring along with me an HDMI cable so I can connect my laptop to a bigger screen, but since there is no option to connect my HDMI cable I cannot connect it. But this is no big deal. I just wish that in the near future they would think of upgrading their TVs to newer models and provide the option for HDMI connection.

It is a standard, well-known ibis hotel chain (if you stayed at one, you will get the picture). Everything was fine, clean. WiFi worked good. Breakfast is rich enough. I was happy that they provided drinking water into your room. There is a garage parking, however, with a very limited capacity, so you should be fast and lucky to take a slot. The location itself is nothing special - there are some places to have meals, a huge shopping mall is very close, however, like to everything in Oman you would probably like to drive.

It was more than I expected. I have genius discont and it was very economical for me. It costs more. The location is excellent and there are many various resturant around property. Tow big malls and hypermarket is just 20 min far from the hotel by walking.

The only negetive thing is the money rate change. I booked my room just 161 gor 4 nights but after exchange to OMR I paid 180!!! Be careful and change your mony befor check in.

Well located, very friendly staff and the hotel gave us very generous breakfast boxes to eat at our bus to go to Dubai so that we do not miss breakfast. The bed and pillows were very confortable.

Rooms were a little bit old and dark. The room cold lights could be replaced with warm lights so that its more confortable for eyes, also slippers could be provided. We had to ask the hotel to provide an additional towel everyday as we were two people but we were only provided one.

The room was too cosy and well-planned for a minimalistic design. It "just" fulfils the needs for the stay. The location was quite strategic for an indoor/outdoor visit and food exposure.

The staff was good and productive BUT a bit dry and had sad faces. A few smiley faces would make the guests' stay a bit more exciting.

The staff : always smiling, helpful and looking forward to satisfy the customers. The hotel is completely open to everyone but still very strong feeling of security. Very convenient underground car park : convenient to load/unload the luggage and carry straight to the room via direct lift.

Was somehow loud for 2 hours during one of the week-end nights : kids playing and shouting in the corridor
