We went there for anniversary and they have given us room upgrade. Also they decorated our room and surprised us with chocolates and Prosecco. Room size was good enough for 2 people and the bed was comfortable too. We opted for breakfast and the spread was good enough for Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. On top of that they also have soy/oat milk in case you are lactose intolerant. Pool and Sauna - Pool was clean and decent size. Also you can go to Sauna which is next to swimming pool. You will get towel as well to use after the pool. Lots of option for activities inside the hotel for adults and childrens like pool table, ping pong table etc. Also you can park without any cost outside the hotel

One of the standout features of this hotel is the excellent breakfast they serve. The variety of options, the quality of ingredients, and the overall presentation were impressive. It provided a great start to our day and set the tone for a memorable stay. Additionally, the hotel's indoor pool was a highlight of my visit. It was clean and well-maintained, and its size allowed for a genuinely relaxing and enjoyable swimming experience. The combination of these amenities and the hotel's attentive and friendly staff created a truly wonderful stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch, making us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location is perfect; just off the motorway in a “private estate” country park setting, complete with gates and driveway, with ample free parking and surrounded by woodland and nature. It is co-located with a small 9 hole golf course. Right from the outset everything was outstanding - the pleasant receptionist, the surprise of a freshly-baked warm chocolate cookie, the large room with efficient air-con, the very comfortable bed with feather pillows, the spacious bathroom with double sink and separate shower cubicle, the large (55?) wall-mounted flat screen TV. We also had a meal in the restaurant; it was surprisingly delicious! There was a problem with our room which was rectified immediately without any problem or stress. There were several charge points for EVs. A special mention across the board to all the staff - excellent! This was our last stop on our way home after a 3 week tour around France, stopping in 5 different hotels. This was the best of them all by a country mile. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel. A definite “10”.

I had no issues with anything at this hotel.

Great peaceful location, air conditioned rooms, polite and Friendly staff. Dog friendly, good room service. Great hiking trails nearby

No airco in the common areas, including the bar. Some of the hallways were messy, with carts with towels, sheets, etc. Not enough cleaning staff, so trays left outside the doors (as per hotel instructions) were just left there for hours and hours Air conditioning in the rooms was OK, but capped at 19 degrees

Bed is hard not comfy Seat is not comfy too. Only the request facing nature did not happen Minor The cleaner bothered us at 9am 10am and 11 3x trying to open the door we were sleeping and there was no available tag 'do not disturb" That was uncomfy in thr morning but the people are nice and polite.

Breakfast was very good. Location was also beautiful and the personal was friendly.

If you wish to rest bcs of swimming pool and saune i dont think this is place... lots of kids jumping and screaming in the pool. I was with my husband for a romantic getaway and we could not enjoy as much of the swimming pool bcs was veryy crowded. But if we are with family and kids this is nice place to be.

The decor of the restaurant and breakfast area could use an upgrade. It's pretty empty and not too stylish. Was initially booked into a room with double bed despite the request for 2 single beds. Then got changed into a different room easily, but felt like a downgrade with a smaller lounge area.

The staff were super nice, perfect service. The sauna was amazing! I also loved the gym and the area was gorgeous. The continental breakfast was also really good. It was really nice of the staff to keep our bags safe while we were hiking after check-out time. Amazing people.

There was a very long hair in one of the small towels, it didn’t feel really clean in the bathroom also.

The standard of service provided by staff is excellent, a delay with our room was handled with professionalism and courtesy and we were even offered complimentary drinks in the restaurant as we waited. (We’ve had to wait at other hotels in the NL but never offered complimentary drinks!) The size of our suite was incredible, exactly what we needed whilst travelling with two small children. Amenities were impressive, as a family we enjoyed the pool and downstairs lounge area which is set up with a billiard table and play area for children. Considerable thought has gone into this set up and we appreciated it. Spa services are a real treat (we got a massage) and the ambience, staff assistance and food selections at the breakfast buffet are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and indulgent, would highly recommend!

The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Found the facilities good, tried the fitness centre which was free to use and big enough for around 10 people to train at once. The location is marvelous, plenty of walking routes to choose from lots and lots of nature to admire. Definitely recommend to order dinner via room service, plentiful, tasty although limited in variety but, delivered within 15 minutes.

We wished to try the sauna but we missed out due to lack of time also, we wanted to try the swimming pool but, while on pictures looks great, in reality it is quite small and more suited for families to play rather than for swimming. The restaurant had limited seating and food was good although we found the waiting time and prices quite excessive ( close to 1 hour to receive our starters.)
