the hotel is located very close to either city center and the train station, which was very handy for us. good interior, friendly staff, tasty breakfast

firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by the non-dairy option at the coffee machine, it offered flat white or latte macchiato with oat milk, and I chose option with oat milk, but after tasting it, I understood that it wasn't oat milk, it tasted like a regular milk, so I couldn't drink it. also, it was inconvenient not to have a socket in the bathroom anywhere in the room next to the mirror

I liked the clean room, nice hotel lobby, and breakfast.

When we come to the hotel it was midnight and I entered my room which was like a freezing fridge. I immediately turned on the heating but it was very very weak and due to that I had two possibilities. First was sleeping with very low heating air control or turning it off and sleeping in freeze. As I was tired and had no strength to go to the receptionist after half an hour I turned off the heating and slept in a cold room. During the day I left the room with turned air conditioning ON and when I returned back it was a really fine and warm room. This is only one thing I was sad about and therefore next time you travel here I recommend making a call to the receptionist to heat your room.

We travelled with our dog and really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel was nicely located, close to the station but also close to the town square. The room was spacious, warm and clean. We travelled with our dog and even got a dog bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. We purchased room with a breakfast which was good inc. hot food and buffet with fruits, cereal, pastries, salads. Lots of options to choose from if you are not vegan.

It would be great if there were more vegan breakfast options. There was nothing in hot foods and buffet was limited. 25 EUR for a dog's stay seems high price compared to other hotels.

We were greeted nicely for our honeymoon with chocolates and heart shaped petals on the bed, it was lovely and romantic. Lisbeth was an amazing host during breakfast, such a lovely warm professional with a great sense of humour. Flora and Riti were also fantastic! Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Bedsheets were not changed when we requested our room to be cleaned.

I loved the hotel, I loved that my room have an amazing city view. It is very close to the historical downtown and the train station and, It was really helpful. The staff and amenities made my stay a very good experience. The hotel team welcomed me with a kit with a card, city maps, water, and chocolates, It was very kind and I loved it! I will certainly talk about my experience with friends.

Great location - just 5 minutes walking distance to the station and also 5 minutes walking distance to town centre (and Amersfoort is a lovely town!). Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Very recommendable - we will definitely come back.

Nothing really - the vending machines could do with a bit more variety ... but that is really a minor issue.

The room was spacious and well lit, the location convenient, and the amenities sufficient. The aesthetics were quite pleasing and professional. I didn't chose the breakfast since my schedule was inconvenient.

The wifi was somewhat inconsistent and while the shower was quite spacious, the water pressure and temperature had slight fluctuations that were not expected for the price of admission. That being said there was hot water at all times as expected.

We had a very comfortable room with a great bed and the staff was amazing. I requested for the room to be decorated a bit for a romantic atmosphere, and they went above and beyond by leaving rose petals, heart confetti and some chocolates. It was a great way to surprise my girlfriend.

The vegan breakfast was okay, but we expected a bit more. The bread at the breakfast was also gluten free, which is great if you’re intolerant, but it does make it a bit dry and not that tasty.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the train station with a 10 minute walk to the centre. Our room was comfortable and spacious. As soon as we settled in, we were greeted with a glass of prosecco and some nibbles, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an excellent choice of both cooked and cold foods. The staff were courteous and helpful.

great location. Close to transport links and city centre clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast which exceeded our expectations. Bar staff informative and friendly. Coffee and nibbles available - a nice touch.

Maybe a more comfortable lounge /bar area. However bars close by if required.
