beautiful View, wonderful terrace, friendly staff, comfortable room and lovely stone bathroom. we appreciated the flowers in the room and the welcoming cocktail, muchas gracias!

- if we did not have a car we would not have chosen it, as it is kind of far from the city center. the road is quite bumpy, but definitely doable with any car with a little patience. - we highly recommend to improve the gardening, all of it would look just so much better with more effort put into the plants, flowers and grass. - a little more effort could have been put into breakfast since there were practically no guests: no sunny side eggs, no bread with marmalade :(

Very special and relaxing atmosphere. Great view from the room. The room itself very comfortable with nice furniture. The staff and owners very friendly and helpful.

If I need to mention anything, the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy if you have a small car.

The room. Patio and pool was beautiful. The bed and linen was so comfortable. The commentary breakfast gave you many choices.

The restaurant and food was lovely but I believe the dinners were expensive. I was not give the price ahead of ordering and was shocked at the check.

They everything you could imagine including outdoor dining, pool, spa services and private theater. It was clean, quite and the view was truly spectacular.

The place is really peaceful and luces up to its name! What a view!!! Loved every moment of my stay.

The views and the service

The shower temperature was a little cold from we are used to, but not bad

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean. The outside area is truly amazing and invites for relaxation

We ordered especially with breakfast and on both days we were not able to take breakfast and had to drive to a local gas station due to arrangements we had made early. Breakfast from 08h00 but kitchen staff only arrived at 08h10. Very disappointed as we mentioned this on our first night with the promise the next day would be different. Unfortunately it wasn't. The room had broken glass under the bed from a previous guest mishap. This was cleaned promptly.

it was located away from the central part of the city

The potion of our room was suppose to have a view while sitting down. what i saw was a bunch of bushes blocking our view. in other words they need to cut or trim the bushes down so that their guest can enjoy the view of the lake and mountains as it was described in their literature. secondly the spa tub plunger leaked badly that we had to constantly keep filling it .

Breakfast included in room rate and it was delicious. Unlimited coffee. The open space in front of restaurant was nice to hang out.

Hotel is up on the hill, about 20-25 mins drive to town center because there's a construction going on on the way to center. If you want to be able to walk around and check out attractions, this isn't the place. You are by yourself on the hill. We heard stray dogs barking all night while we were sleeping. While the outside facade of the hotel looks cute, the room inside is very outdated, especially the bathroom. We were charged $211/night for king bed suit with spa tub while final price on Booking including taxes was $190. Manager told us it's because of taxes but she couldn't tell what other taxes. Also, the hotel boast an outdoor jacuzzi, which it has. However I asked to turn hot water on but either they never did or hot water tank broke because the jacuzzi's water was cold the entire time. In summary, we felt cheated. Disappointed jacuzzi didn't work, and overpaid for a very old, outdated hotel room. Inconvenience because location is far from town center. We cancelled the rest of the stay. Manager promised to refund one night but upon check out said no, she won't give money back. We had to call Booking to ask for assistance. Found an awesome place in town the next day.

Attending breakfast in the restaurant was strange. It was very cold and they never turned on the lights. They were 30 min late to open the restaurant for breakfast and it was very odd feeling to be in there so we left and returned. at 8:30 they finally had it a little together. that’s kinda late to wait for a coffee if your an early riser.

our computer was stolen from our room and the hotel didn’t even offer to discount our room.
