Imperio De Angeles

The hotel lobby, restaurant, grounds, garden, and my room were all designed beautifully. The buffet breakfast looked amazing, but as it was too much food, they made us omelets of our choice instead, which were delicious! The room and beds were very comfortable, cool, and quiet. The hotel is a 15 minute taxi ride away from the center.

The rooms and bathrooms need better lighting. The dim lights are romantic but I could not read my book by them. Other than that, everything was perfect! We ate dinner twice at the restaurant- surprisingly it wasn't great.

The staff was very attentive. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. The facilities were classic Mexican and beautiful. The breakfast that was included in our price was absolutely wonderful and delicious.

There was some road noise from the nearby highway. Be sure to ask for a room on the backside of the property.

Nice hotel wells decorated in a Mexican tradition, beautiful swimming pool to rest after the visits, good breakfast, nice and confortable rooms, calm, nice garden, free parking with oversigh, 8 minutes from the center in car but makes it quiet and relaxing

The rooms located close the the road are a little noisy.

I want to give m a jor kudos to Mariana at check-in. She went above and beyond the call of her job. As I arrived, being front the USA, had dollars. My cab driver did not have any change. She reached into her purse and paid for my taxi. I can't express the feeling of relief I felt. Of course I did pay her back, but not until 11pm the following night AFTER I exchanged dollars to pesos. I have traveled for pleasure and business and never ever has this occurred. Please reach out to her and recognize her behavior positively.

No soap No ice No lotion No wash cloth No drinking water

The hotel is super close to downtown and the pool is amazing it has heated water, The staff are super nice, our car super dirty and the staff offered to wash it I would definitely come back and stay at Imperio De Angeles

Facilities (both attractive and comfortable), warmth of personnel, excellent food; in brief, a very nice place to stay

Location was good to attend a meeting with friends, close to the hotel, but it is a little far from downtown, our favorite part of San Miguel

Good value for money (we found a deal on booking and paid a bit less than 50€ per night). Large and comfortable bed. Shower worked well. Nice pool.

Breakfast was just ok. Would be nice if the bed could have a mosquito net (we found four mosquitoes on our first night)

the facility was very nice and clean, nicely decorated. everyone was friendly and the free breakfast was a nice touch

the location was somewhat far from downtown we had to drive to see tourist areas other than that we didnt care for the noises street

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable

During raining season, some mosquitos came inside the room. We had to ask for bug’s spray.

we arrived at 14h, one hour before the check in time. And we waited until 3pm. the reception said they can’t give the key before 3pm. If the key can’t be given earlier when the room is ready, it would be perfect
