Location is good

There is no empaty in giving solution as in service industry you people should give n help us.. We reached very late n the manager insisted us to pay for deposit in cash.. And we did ask permission to check in first and we will go out for late dinner n collect cash from the bank. As we run out of cash. We brought along a Doctor n wife for the trip and very diasapointed with the manager as he said...we need to go out first for dinner n can only check in later after paying the rm200 as deposit. It seems no priveleged as customer as we booked online.

Good attitude and helpful staff. I booked for a 2-nights stay however there is a change in schedule and I have applied a change through booking.com beforehand. However, during registration, staff informed that they have not received the information and will be charging me a 2-night cost. When I showed the evidence email for the application, the staff immediately helped to check further and finally assisted to update my booking to 1-night stay. Overall cleanliness of the room is good. Spacious room. Location is also good. Parking is provided and easy to access.

The parking is in another block. Need to take 2 times of escalator to get to the parking. However, it is easy to access therefore it is fine. The way up to the parking is a little narrow. Need to be very careful when driving up and down from the parking lot.

We loved the how the frontdesk greet us on our arrival. A comfortable room , clean bathroom and safe parking space at the hotel. The location is also great as it was surrounded by many restaurants. We had a relaxing stay!!

Everything was excellent but it would be nice to have more tv channel option to watch . Otherwise, please keep up the good service

By the looks of it, you can tell that this is an old hotel. However they maintained it well. It’s a good old fashioned hotel. They do housekeeping too. Free parking, good location and quiet environment.

The front staff (chinese woman) not very helpful, quite rude a bit. The malay guy is okay. Parking is free but you have drive quite far up to level 5 in that spiral ramp i don’t really like. The grainy tv have 4 channels only.

Spaces room and comfortable. My request for a big bed was entertained by the hotel.

Vision 4 TV channels can be better if not for the sound quality distraction from its channel. Stayed for 2 nights and faced the same problem which different channel have `bad sound quality.

Well the parking . Cannot use access card by hotel. Only can use debit n touch n go. Hve to improve on parking. And as female solo traveller a bit scary as the parking is vry quite.

Easy access to highway. Nice friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Nice view. Serenity environment.

Kettle unusable upon arrival. No praying mat prepared. Need to be asked for it. Food stall a bit long walk from the hotel.

Everything else are good. Spacious room, clean, bathroom and toilet are clean. Old hotel layouts are the best designs, and old hotel doesn't mean everything is old. It's a good standard hotel and very good space. Didn't try the breakfast due to work timing. Perhaps next time will try having breakfast at the hotel's café. Ample designated parkings - which is one of the most important part when going on business trip and happy this hotel has it all.

The lights at the parking and lifts are dim. Should put brighter lights.
